Your POV:
I'm currently driving back home to Demi my partner of 3 years. As I was driving I saw this car in front on me driving full speed towards me i tried to get out of the way but it was to late the driver hit me head on and my car flipped several times before I blacked out.
Demi's POV:
I'm currently waiting for y/n to come home I then received a phone call from an unknown number I answered "hello?" The the person on the other line said "hi is this Demi Lovato the partner of y/n y/l/n" I then answered " yes this is them is there something wrong" " unfortunately yes your girlfriend was in a bad car accident and is currently in surgery" I felt my tears fall from my eyes I then asked " what?! Is she ok? What hospital is she in?" The person on the other line said " demi I need you to calm down y/n is at h/n ( hospital name)" " ok I'm on my way now" I immediately hung up and grabbed my keys I got in my car and drove as fast as possible with out breaking any laws i then arrived at the hospital and got out of the car and entered the hospital I immediately went to the desk where their was a nurse I asked " hi I'm looking for my girlfriend I was called and told that my girlfriend was in a car accident her name is y/n y/l/n" I said panicking the nurse nodded and typed in the name " y/n is still in surgery" "ok thank you" I walked around the waiting room I eventually call my mom and y/n's parents and tell them what happened they all said they where on there way I then hear " family of y/n" I immediately walked up to the doctor and said "I'm y/n's girlfriend" the doctor said " ok y/n is out of surgery you can come see her now she is not awake yet but... I'm sorry to say this but she most likely lost her memory and won't remember anything" I just froze and cried I then asked " is there a chance she'll get her memory back" " I cant say there is a 50/50 chance but I'll take it easy on her she will be confused at first" I couldn't believe what I'm hearing my baby won't remember me or anyone I asked the doctor " can i go and see her" the doctor nodded and guided me to her room. There she was laying there asleep and connected to many wires. This sight hurt me a lot. Then I felt a hand on my shoulder I turn and it was my mom I hugged her and cried my eyes out. I really hope y/n will be okay.To Be Continued......
