I. Ghostly

By that time...

Izuku "Deku, Defenceless Izuku" Midoriya was dead.

People who were watching the scene were wondering about what happened to the kid that ran up to villain. There were rumors he was fine, rumors that he was just unconcious, yet no one wanted to believe he'd died. Everyone wanted to believe that All Might saves everybody. Even if it isn't true.

"Dammit Deku, get up." Bakugo said to the body of Izuku. Deep down, Bakugo might've actually cared at least a little bit about Izuku.

While the crowd of people were busy ooh-ing and aww-ing about the fact that All Might changed the weather with one punch, the man himself went to check up on Izuku. He put his hand on the blood vessle on Izuku's neck and check for a pulse. There was none. All Might's face dropped the smile. The only people who noticed were the heroes on scene, and Bakugo.

After this whole event, Bakugo went into a funk, until the funeral (which was still very depressing). Inko wasn't doing very well after she heard her one and only son died, she was happy that he was able to save someone doing so. Inko wasn't dealing with this the best, but she wasn't doing the worst. Bakugo Katsuki didn't show it, but he was having a really hard time dealing with it.

At the funeral, Katsuki made a promise to himself, that he would be #1 for himself, and Izuku, or has he likes to call him: Deku. He murmured this promise, so no one could hear, but he still wanted it said out loud. He was thankful he did, because he somehow heard a faint,

"Go Kacchan!"

Katsuki turned around in hopes of seeing Deku, but was a bit dissapointed when he didn't see anyone. 'I need to be stronger, so I won't be in that situation ever again. So I can save someone like Deku in time.'

So for the next 10 months - until the UA entrance exams - Katsuki trained. Trained his body so that he could be prepared.

There was someone else training too.

Midoriya Izuku had died, and now he's confused. How can he move around? How come no one sees him? How come he was so lonely? How come he wasn't dead?

Then he put the pieces together.

He's a ghost.

He'd learned a few things when he was a ghost, and about his ghost-ness.

1) Kacchan cared about him.

2) He still wanted to help people.

3) He could still somehow interact with people.

He'd learned #3 when he heard Kacchan at his funeral say something about him being a hero for himself and Kacchan, he replied with "Go Kacchan!" and Kacchan turned around.

Izuku was trying to see what he could do as a ghost, and he wanted to see if he could still help people as a ghost. And good for him, he could!

Izuku learned he could:

1) Materialize his body (make it seem like he's actually there and be able to touch stuff);

2) Produce sound waves (how he talked);

3) Move things around;

4) Do stuff with electricity (cause power outages, make lights flicker, etc.)

It all required a lot of concetration, so he trained himself. He went to Dagobah Muncipal Beach Park, and tried moving around trash. He once got a chance to talk to a lady without her even knowing he was dead, though, he could barely do anything for a few days. So, when the UA entrance exams came around, he decided to come along too.
