I wanna be the one

Half way up the stairs you hear foot steps.
"You don't have to follow me." You sigh.
"Sorry.." jungkook steps on your stair level.
"Jungkook im fine." You smile.
"Please sungei, Just don't do anything hurtful." You could see the dedication in his eyes.
You stare back into his eyes.
"Youre such a nerd." You blush.
"Is that so?" Jungkook smirked and corners you. You say nothing.
"Cause I'm pretty sure you're the one who-" jungkook was interrupted.
"What's this?" Namjoon pushes away jungkook and you look down pink.
"We were just talking." You say.
"Just talking?" Namjoon grew a tad louder.
"Yes. Is that bad?" You look up at Namjoon.
He looked upset, embarrassed you ran to your room. Namjoon looked at jungkook. Jungkook looked down and went back to the dining room. You heard another knock.
The door clicked and Namjoon walked in.
"I'm sorry." Namjoon says.
"For?" You kept your eyes down.
"For wanting to be the one who was talking to you." Namjoon says with his eyes down as well. You look at him.
"Namjoon, what are you trying to say?" Your heart raced.
"Sungei. I don't know I just feel-" Namjoon looked at you.
"Namjoon, the contract. You can't." You grew scared.
"I don't care." Namjoon turned toward you.
"Namjoon-" You began.
"No sungei-" Namjoon tried to speak.
"I'm the reason for Jimin!" You raised your voice.
"Wait what?" Namjoon grew white.
"I'm the staff who told the manager about his relationship." You got silent.
"Oh, I'm- sorry. " Namjoon got up.
"Wait." You called but he left.
