Pool Days (Woody Mcclain)

"All the single ladies put ya hands up" You and Woody yell as you guys are heading to the pool. Your rocking a colorful two piece and Woody rocking his red swim trunks both of you are wearing black sunglasses. As you guys abruptly stop at a red light people stare as you and Woody are jamming to Before I let go then you guys part came on. "I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER LET YOU BEFORE I GO" You both yell at the tops your lungs and left soon the light is green and you guys make it to the pool. "You ready to get your swim on babe" You say jumping in the water. You pop up to see Woody on the highest diving board. "Babe you really about to jump that" You yell up. "Hecky yeah we the only ones here why not enjoy. You looked around and realized it was just you and the life guards. "Ya'll the only two here its so hot nobody wanted to come out in this heat I am about to go swimming" a lifeguard says to you. A few minutes later  a few more lifeguards got in the pool but one always sat in seat just in case.  You looked at Woody who was still at the top of the highest diving board. "You scared aren't you" You yell. "Girl nah I am a man I ain't scared of anything" Woody yelled down.  "But it would be nice for you to come up here with me" Woody yells down. You laugh and swim out the pool and you walk over to the diving board. As you climb you up you start to get kind of scared.  "Hey Woody have you ever jumped of a diving board before" You ask when you finally get up there. "Yeah just never this high have you" Woody asks you. "No I know how to swim but when I've always been scare to" You admit. "We'll do it together both of us will hold hands and jump then we go under we'll be right next to each other" Woody says grabbing your hand.  You take a deep breath run and jump you both go under and pop back up. You look at each other and cheer. "We did it" You say smiling . You hug and kiss Woody "Wanna do it again Woody says smiling. "Yeah" You say smiling. You guys spend the rest of the day jumping on the diving boards. Soon its closing time so you guys head home. "What should we listen to Queen B or Old School" You say plugging in the aux cord. "The queen play Everybody Mad" Woody says. You guys blast Beyonce all the way home. As you guys are watching reruns of Spongebob you hug Woody he looks at you and smiles. "Thanks for helping me face my fear" You say smiling. "Thanks for helping me face mine too" Woody says hugging you. "I was scared to I've always been scared to jump the high diving boards because I think something bad would happen that's why I asked you to come up with me" Woody says. "Well it looks like both of us face our fear today" You say smiling. "Yep by having each others back" Woody says smiling. Soon you both drift off to sleep.
