how.. how was she so confident in that? she didn't stutter or blush. of course many girls have showed interest in me in the past, but not like this. it was probably just a joke. she could've thought that I was sad or something so it was to cheer me up. but even so, why would she do it? after being silent for a while I decided to speak.
"thank...you," I replied slowly, my blushing wore down. she was looking at her computer and then turned to smile at me. she was.. pretty. soft (e/c) eyes, silky and (hair length) (h/c) hair, andj rosy lips. she looked back at her computer and took a few sips from her strawberry milk carton.
"alright todoroki-san, rei todoroki has been moved to room 317 just a few hours ago," (l/n)-san read off her computer.
"right.." I said, as I walked off to visit my mother.
pov of (y/n)
. . . . I just accidentally read todoroki-san's mind. a random person's mind. and I told them they were cute?! what's wrong with me? he indirectly called me pretty? whatever, dating isn't worth my time. it was just a small compliment. I finished drinking all of the strawberry milk and threw the carton away.
when my shift ended, I packed my belongings and made way for the doors. I was stopped by that boy again. I think his name was todoroki-san? he met his heterochromia eyes with mine.
"was your name (l/n)-san?" he asked politely. I nodded. "oh, I'm assuming you have no car since you're holding a skateboard right now. would you like me to walk you home?"
walking home with a stranger does not sound promising. I hesitated. todoroki-san noticed and spoke again.
"I'm sorry, maybe when we get to know each other better. currently, we probably seem like strangers. let's be friends, okay?" he made a small smile, which made me blush. I nodded.
"yes, of course, todoroki-san!" I grinned, and I could see a hint of red on his cheeks, but it could have just been from the mysterious scar he had. he nodded and headed out the door before I did.
