Chapter 3

Nagisa's POV

While we were walking towards the classroom we were laughing and telling each other jokes. It was refreshing.. though I still didn't feel any better. I still wanted to throw up, kick and scream, but I have to keep my cool.

"Hey, you listening to me, Nagisa-kun?" Sugino asked while turning his head towards me.

"Hm? Yea, um sorry... I didn't mean to-I just spaced out, sorry!" Nagisa quickly apologized scratching his arm looking down an emberresed   blush on his face.

"Haha! Nah! It's cool dude! Just get some rest, you seem tired" Sugino said, smiling with his eyes closed scratching the back of his head.

"Heh, y-yea, sorry..." I replied stuttering slightly.

After that we just continued casually, talking, bla, bla, bla!

'How boring' I thought, sitting on my  chair. 'I wonder what should I do?'

"Hey, Nagisa-kun!" Said a cheerful voice. "How are you doing?" She continued.

"Ah, Kayano-chan! Good, how about you?" I answered lying straight to her face.

"I'm fine also! Though, I haven't got enough sleep, I always feel tired.." Kayano said and at the end of it she yawned loudly.

While she was sitting down her eyes grew wide and her smile turned into a happy grin. "Nagisa-kun! I heard there was a new bakery opening! Do you wanna go check it out after school?"

I turned my head to her and smiled apologetically. "Sorry I can't! I'm gonna have guests over."

Her face fell down in to a frown. "Aw man! I really wanted to go!"

"I can go with you!" Said a devilishly voice behind her.

We both turned around and saw Rio grinning happily. "Good morning you two."

"Morning!" We both answered.

"So, about that bakery.." Rio started

———Time skip to lunchtime———

"Hey Nagisa-kun! Wanna eat lunch together?" Sugino said putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Mmhm!" I nodded.

We walked outside and sat under a tree. The sun was shining brightly but it didn't matter much because the shade was shielding us.

Sugino opened his bento and was about to put the first bite of food in to his mouth but suddenly stopped.

"Um, Nagisa-kun, Where's your bento?" He frowned confused.

But quickly his face turned blank, like he just realized something.

"Let me guess... you forgot your bento... again.."

I let out a nerves giggle and smiled dumbly. "Hehe.. whoopsie...my bad!"
