Lisa's POV
It feels good to reconcile with Jennie but how do I tell Rosé? Oh no! She's coming here. I need to tell her the truth.
Lisa: Hey, Rosé I have something to tell you.
Rosé: What, did you finally decide to run for prom queen?
Lisa: Actually, it's more important than that.
Rosé: What do you have to tell me?
Lisa: Jennie and I have reconciled. I'm sorry, Rosé. I hope you can forgive me. You've been the greatest friend anyone could ever ask for.
Rosé: I knew it! I knew you still loved Jennie deep down inside your heart. Before, I kept trying to convince myself you loved me, but I knew you still loved her. Eventually, I just gave up trying to fool myself. I've been waiting for the day you would admit to it. Sadly, it had to be the day of our prom.
Lisa: I'm really sorry, Rosé
Rosé: No, you have nothing to apologize for. It's my fault for agreeing to date you. Right now, all I want is for you to be happy.
Lisa: Thank you Rosé
Rosé: But I want you to do me 1 favor.
Lisa: What is it?
Rosé: Can you at least run for prom queen?
Lisa: Sure, anything for my best friend (Lisa says with hesitation) But what if I don't win?
Rosé: All I asked you to do was run for prom queen. I didn't say you had to win.
Lisa: Alright
(All the prom queen candidates come up to the stage)
(After everyone finishes voting, the principal announces the prom queen)
Principal: As it turns out, there's 2 prom queens. Our 2 prom queens are Jennie Kim & Lalisa Manoban. Congratulations girls!
(Everyone claps)
Principal: Is there anything you 2 want to say?
Jennie: Yes, actually. Lisa and I are proud to be your prom queens. Thank you for voting for us.
Lisa: To add to that, I want to thank my fellow prom queen and girlfriend for cheering me on.
(Everyone's mouth drops)
Lisa: Yes, I said girlfriend which I meant to say. Yes, to answer everyone's question we both wete in that picture. I know this may not be your idea of love but my idea of love is any 2 people who love each other. As it turns out, the one I love is a girl. Whether you accept us as a couple or not, I just want you all to know that nothing is gonna stop us from loving each other.
(Everyone cheers and celebrates)
Rosé: What gave you the courage to do that?
Lisa: I just thought why not do it while you're on stage. There's no point in hiding it now.
Rosé: Well, anyways congratulations!
Lisa: Thanks! Anyways, I think I should catch up to Jennie now.
Rosé: Of course
Jennie: I didn't expect you to do that.
Lisa: I can't hide my feelings for you anymore.
Jennie: Thanks, Lisa. If you didn't have the courage to say that I don't know what would happen to us.
Anyways, let's dance
