CH 5 - RAMSHOW

"Papa, mai apka decision maan lungi but I want to know the reason." Anika said aloud

The entire Singhania family along with Aryan and Tara are seated in the living room.

"Tumhe kis baat ki kami hai that you want to do job princess, we are always there" Abhay said

"That's not the point Bhaiya, mujhe bas ek independent life jeena hai, apne pau pe khda hona hai. Paiso ki ya facilities ki kami nahi hai, bas mujhe ab ghar me ghootan hoti hai jab sab apne kaam se jaate hai sivay mere" she let out the things inside her heart.

"Anu, calm down" Arnav made her sit back on the sofa.

"we care for you aur isiliye ye decision lia hai" he explained

"Ye over protectiveness hai." She corrected

"Bas, we heard enough" Vinay stood up and was about to go when Aryan interrupted

"Uncle, I think hume Anika ko ye mauka dena chahiye"

All the members except Anika and Tara looked at him unbelievingly

"You are saying this Aryan?" Vinay said

"Nothing wrong will happen, I assure you" Aryan said and Anika instantly smiled

"aakhir Anika ki khushi hi to matter karti hai" Tara added and stand beside Anika.

"Par..." Arnav wanted to say but Tara cutted in between

"Wo bas self dependent hona chahti hai, sab explore karna hai, ek bimaari uski life usse nahi chin sakti na"

"Exactly, kuch bhi issue nahi hoga" Aryan too said

For once Abhay too thought over it

"I think Aryan is right, Anika humare nazron ke saamne hi rahegi humari company me.."

"Nahi bhaiya, mujhe Singhania Empire me kaam nahi karna"

Another shock for all.

"To phir?" Arnav asked

"I will search for it. I don't want anyone to know where I belong or whose heir I am." She said

"I will help her with it, don't worry" Tara said

"Ok. Anika ki khushi hi sab hai" Vinay said and Anika ran to hug him tight

"Thanks papa, shikayat ka koi maauka apko nahi milega" she said and Vinay patted her back

"Bhaiya, mai dekhti hun Tara ke saath" Anika pulled Tara to her home to search for her new job

"Uski smile dekhi?" Aryan asked to the brothers

"Hmm" they just nodded

"Phir koi bhuchal nahi aane dunga mai iss family me" Aryan said and the trio hugged.

"Not Malhotra Textiles cz they are family friends aur mujhe kam hi nahi karne denge" Anika said

"Ramshow Co. Ltd?" Tara asked

"USA based company hai, India me pehla branch. Employees ki zarurat hai"

"Perfect. Foreign ki hai to my identity wont be much affected aur mai seekh bhi paungi" Anika's happiness knew no bounds.

"Ok then, fill the application right now babe" Tara said

"Thank you so much yaar, tum dono nahi hote to kuch bhi nahi ho pata" Anika said

"Hanji ab aap kaam kijiye, mai Moksh ko khilake aati hun"

Anika's eyes glued to the screen as she typed her credentials.

"Done." She said after clicking on the send button.

"Hello Sir, I am here" Mike reached the Oberoi Mansion.

"I am coming down" Shivaay answered

Mike was observing the interior design and most importantly the family picture. He knew Omkara was the second son.

"Why isn't Shivaay Sir married yet?" he thought but brushed it away on noticing Rudra and Jhanvi approaching him.

"Who are you firangi?" Rudra asked laughing

"Rudra, mehmaan hai" Jhanvi told

"Movie ke side effect mom" Rudy replied

"I am Mike, Shivaay Sir's..." he was about to complete but Shivaay entered

"He is my best employee Maa" Shivaay said and Mike smiled broadly

"Accha, what would you like to have?" she asked him

"Nothing mam, thanks for asking" he replied quite formally

"You don't have to be so formal around me, call me Aunty. I would love that" Jhanvi said

Mike was hesitant for a min. He never met someone who welcomed him like a family at the first meet itself

"Ok Aunty" he smiled

"Actually Maa, Mike yaha ek urgent kaam se aaya hai. We are planning to buy the Ramshow Co. Ltd as they going in loss and are in debt since a year. Unhone India me ek branch bhi khola hai in Bangalore but still nothing has improved. Mujhe aur Mike ko kal waha jaana hai to discuss the matters" Shivaay said and noticed Jhanvi's face falling

"Kal hi to aaye the, jaane ki kya zarurat pad gayi?" she said

"Maa, its work. Mai sab settle hote hun return aaunga. And ab to India me hi hun na" Shivaay held her shoulders to assure it.

Jhanvi simply nodded and went inside the kitchen to order the servants to cook something for guest.

"Shivaay Sir, it seems Aunty is sad. It will be ok if I go alone. Moreover I already settled their main branch issues, so this is nothing" Mike said

"This is my decision to go, don't question it" he replied

Shivaay knew Jhanvi won't allow him to go back to USA and he can't stay back in Oberoi Mansion too. So this was his short term plan as of now.
