BLOODSISTERS: The Beginning

[Skylar Grace Rosewood's POV]

As it rained heavily I stared at the window thinking about how insane it was that I had to start high school today, it was my freshman year and I was nervous because high school is a huge step, there were a lot of things I hated about school, it's a list that never ends, I hated how when you enter school you feel the anxiety rush in, and how you're heart is about to drop any moment, I guess everyone has to go through being nervous at the first day of school, as I heard the knocks I jolted and turned to look at the door while I sat on my bed, maybe this day wouldn't be so bad at all "Get your shit I together Sky" I thought.

"Come in" I said while the door slowly opened, and Aunt Claire was standing at the door checking to see if I was awake yet.

"Good morning sweetie" she said while smiling, I turned and gave a tiny smile.

"Do I have to?" I smiled shyly and lazily stood up to stretch my whole body, which felt good.

She stared at me and said "what do you mean do you have to? Of course you have to Sky it's your first day and I wouldn't want you to miss it Sky" and she came next to me and cupped my face, and said " Sky I know you're nervous, we all have been through this, but I know you'll be alright darling, okay so now go take a shower and get dressed, breakfast is ready and make sure you eat plenty, I know how much you don't eat a lot" while dropping her hands and turning her back away and started to walk towards the door.

"Thanks Aunt Claire" giving her the biggest smile while walking towards the bathroom door.

"Okay, I'm off to work, I believe Foxy will pick you up for school?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'll give her a call later, and I'm good Aunt Claire now go on before you get late for work" I said while laughing.

She laughed " okay, see you later sweetie and good luck, remember eat breakfast okay bye" she said while closing the door behind her a she left.

Walking into the bathroom and I stop right in front of the mirror and thought "wow I look like shit" and walked away and turned on the shower, I walked in the shower and finally felt warm water creasing my body, and suddenly I felt a burning sensation at the right side of my back near the shoulder which itched badly and I slowly creased my shoulder till I no longer feel the slight pain.

Later on when I was done, I stepped out of the shower and went back to my room and got dressed, I wore a mint green sweater and black skinny jeans with black converse and blow dried my short shoulder length brown hair.

After I was done, I took my backpack and went down stairs for breakfast, as I reached the kitchen counter I saw Rob, Rob was Aunt Claire's and Uncle Ethan's son Rob is two years older than me he is 17 years old and I'm 15, we practically grew up together and he treats me like a small sister, and he is pretty over protective too, I remember Aunt Claire Telling me the story of the day when my Mother dropped me off at Aunt Claire's house I was a little baby about 5 months and when I was in Aunt Claire's arms Rob was so excited to hold me and he was babbling about how he was so excited in having a sister, but Aunt Claire kept saying I was his cousin not his sister, and rob would just say "may I please hold her mom" and he held me for the first time and he was really happy, he promised he would protect me like his own sister, I think he kept that promise till this day.

"Robbbbieeeeee, good morning!" I screamed, he jerked and almost dropped his plate with pancakes and chocolate chips, then he frowned at me while I was giggling.

"Sky" he said in a deep tone " I told you to stop doing that cause maybe one day you will achieve to hear me scream like a girl in fear and I don't want you making fun of me for that " he smiled like he was a devilish kid who has a evil plan, well he did try to actually scare the crap out of me but fail, I always see it coming.
