After some thought, I've decided that Scout would be your match! First off he's a little immature, so he would think that you being bisexual is So Hot™ and would probably suggest a threesome with Miss Pauling on more than one occasion... only if you're up for it of course!
It's doubtful that he would fully understand your autism or OCD, but he still cares. The first time you tell him, he'll probably be like "Whos tellin ya not ta eat? ...Austin? yo who's this Austin guy think he is! I'll beat em up for ya, toots!" Once he finally gets the gist of things, he will pay special attention to what foods you prefer and will keep a list of your favorites. Some days he will also remind you to take your meds, going so far to bring you a glass of water to take them with. This sweetypie is just trying his best.

Scout is a young dude so no doubt he plays his share of video games. It's likely that he co-ops with Pyro, who loves the rainbow road level in mariokart and is SO EXCITED that his buddy Scout brought a 3rd player for them to race with! You will get sick of playing rainbow road over and over again. Scout suggests that you guys play some Wii sports instead, obviously he chooses baseball... you let him win most of the times, so that it doesnt hurt his massive baseball ego :b
When you tell Scout that you are studying sexology, of course... "SWEET! my girlfriends gonna be a freakin' sex MASTER!" Medic, being a man of science, is super impressed that you're becoming a Sexologist. You and Medic explain to Scout that it doesn't mean you're going to classes to learn sex moves.
But hey it's okay that he's immature for his age. Because his partner is a big tiddy mommy gf. This means that he can receive the guidance he (so desperately) needs, and you get a youthful dude to care for in a maternal way. And um have you seen how attached Scout is to his ma?
