---(y/n)'s POV---

I was crying. How couldn't I? I couldn't help it! I was just witnessing a corpse strapped to a goddamn table with their chest ripped out!

I was laying on the hardwood ground holding my head, trying to calm down to no avail. I was trembling as I held my head and shook my head 'no'.

"Why... I... I don't want to be here anymore... I just want to go home... I want to go home now..." I cried out.

I heard feet, limping I think, as I laid on the floor. I stared down the hall with tear, blurry, filled eyes when the weird limping sounding walk came closer. I just closed my eyes thinking it's my friends coming to get me. I continued to weep as I heard the thumping had stopped sorta near me, about a few feet away.

I peeked my eye open to see some weird dark shaped thing standing at the entrance of the hall where the secret passage was. I sat up to get a better look of it with my red eyes. It was some sort of shadow? I couldn't tell cause the hall was kinda dark. I really didn't care, I just wanted to leave now.

The shadow moved though? It moved towards my direction! It was some sort of monster of that cartoon, I only knew that because of the head and that smile, that crooked scary smile... It didn't run at me just creepily, and slowly, limped over to me.

I scooted away but hit the wall that the condense of my bag fell onto the floor. I was crying again and trembling so much that I lost my grip on the list and my stress toy. I held my, now empty, bag to use as a useless and poor excuse for a shield.

The creature, no monster, stopped in the frame of the door to the hall I am in. I opened one blurry, bloodshot, eye to get a better look at this monster. I smelled something weird, I think it was ink? Yep it was ink, and it's body was dripping with it! It's body was weird; it was like a walking skeleton. All skin- no, ink and bones. It's horns were more pointed then the cartoon one. Ink covered it's eyes and somewhat dripped slightly onto the monster's creepy, twitching smile. It's smile was making somewhat of a clicking noise every time its smiled twitched. I really couldn't describe it any better then what it is, a monster.

It moved closer to me and reached out with it's smaller hand. I flinched and put up my backpack again in fear. I heard a light tump like noise and saw the Tupperware the Brigadeiro was in slide forwards a bit.

The monster was staring at it now instead of me. It came closer but went for the Tupperware instead of me as well. It picked it up and sat down across from me. The monster struggled to open the Tupperware lid; their fingers couldn't get under the lid. It snarled and growled at it when it couldn't open the damn thing. I guess I have strong Tupperware? Its smile turned to a frown as it began to rapidly hot the Tupperware on the creaky wood floor.

I watched in awe as this thing had a slight temper tantrum because the container wouldn't open up. In a fit of anger the monster slammed the Tupperware onto the floor. It crossed its arms and huffed and looked away while it continued to frown. My Tupperware was still much closer to the monster than me even though the Tupperware bounced slightly away.

It turned back to looking at me and I put my bag back up, and closed my eyes excepting to die. But nothing happens except a light thumping sound close to my head. I opened one eye and lowered my bag slight to see over it. I saw this monster whining and shaking the Tupperware near my face.

"You... You want me to open it?" I questioned as pulled away slightly. The monster nodded and purred? "Ok?" I questioned again.

I shakily took my Tupperware and opened it up with ease. This monster swiftly took it back from my hand and began to eat a quarter of my Brigadeiro. I cringed by the sounds its mouth made when it opened; it was cracking and popping like that one person who cracks every joint in their body to annoy anyone in earshot. Then it went for more and half of the container was now gone.

It was chewing the gooey chocolate balls and went right back to staring at me. I was so scared that I couldn't help to not stare back at the monster. It was a long five minutes of us having an awkward staring contest.

Then I heard this weird cracking noise again, but thought it was just that creatures mouth opening again. Nope, it was still chewing the Brigadeiro in its mouth. So what was that cracking?

I found out right away though, because the floor below me broke and I, well obviously, fell into the hole under my butt. I screamed like you should when you fall down anything that looks like a dark abyss of nothingness!

I felt a jerk in my neck, like my hood was pulled on, and my right arm. I looked up to see that this creature holding onto me and began to try to pull me back up. It caught me! This thing I called a monster caught actually me! It was smiling again and purred again, at me.

I heard the wood boards that broke finally hit the ground, so ,stupidly, I looked down into the dark void where I was hanging above. Nope bad idea. I panicked about falling, even though this thing was pulling me up, that I fainted. I couldn't help it, so I fainted. Maybe I need to upgrade my anxiety medicine so I wouldn't faint as often.

I didn't even thank this, actually nice, creature for catching me, for saving my life! I nearly fell to my death! Well at least I'll get some good rest unless it tries to kill me... I hope not and I hope I get to thank them for saving me before I could fall to my death.
