Chapter 1

Jasmine (Jay) POV

The door from the classroom open. A security appeared in the corner of it calling my name.

"Jasmine Hood."

"Jay.  My name is Jay." I said getting up putting my backpack in my shoulder and rolling my eyes to him.

"Let's go." He said.

I saw my brother,  Calum with him. What did I did now? Calum would be in college right now, but he lost a year. Not for a late birthday,  but for not passing his classes. So both of us,  are seniors.

I was sent to the principals office with my brother.

"You shouldn't have to call my brother for this. " I said.

"Ms. Hoo-"

"Jay, call me Jay. Not Ms. Hood. Not Jasmine. Jay, ok?" I said giving him a look.

"Let's talk about your grades." He mentioned.

I rolled my eyes. Calum was standing behind me.

He began talking about how I have been having slashes in every class,  except for French.

"Cause I know french you dumb ass." I said.

He gave me a surprise look.

"Well, I'm going to say this in front of your brother. Jasmine "Jay" Hood, you are suspended for a month."

I said getting up;" that's great for me. Bye."

I really don't care about me being suspended for a month for not doing my job.  I don't give a f***, to be honest.

At dinner in home

"Jasmine!!" I heard my mom calling my name.

"What?!" I yelled.

"Suspended. For a month?"  Mum asked.

"Yeah." I laughed.

"Jay, this isn't funny."

"Well it is for me." I said crossing my arms.  "For a month.  That's pretty f*** up."

Mum shook her head to a 'no'

She called Calum.

"Ma, what would you want me to do. I cant help her. Either way, if I help her she wouldn't get it. The same thing happened with me. Don't ya remember? Its nkot gonna help us." Calum said. his veins showed up.

What Calum said was really good. I agree with him. No one would stop me by. Its my life. Not there's.
