After that I yelled for everyone to retreat. We all ran and left both of them behind. Emily was trying to go and help her, but we needed to recover from this fight

Emily: daddy please! I can save mommy!

Lloyd: Emily we need to recover first, once we do then we can go save mommy

She just started crying, again. I knew she could save her, but we have already lost so much today. We lost the Eye of Acnota and (y/n), not to mention a long lost family member

James: I can't believe that after all the trouble I had to go through to get that stupid object the powers went over to you

James: still I should have gotten them not you!

(y/n) then used the shadows to pin me against the wall. She was stronger then I was, way stronger. She walked over to me and grabbed my throat, almost choking me

(y/n): are you going to help me take over Ninjago? Or are you going to just complain the whole time about my new powers

She let go of my throat and released me from the wall, making me fall flat on the ground. I liked this new side to her, I liked it a lot

James: what did you have in mind?

I was standing in the bathroom looking at myself in the mirror, thinking back to when I had to take care of (y/n) cause her family left her all alone. I thought back to when I was thirteen and (y/n) was twelve

~flash back~

Everyone was out trying to stop my father from doing whatever it is he's doing. I was left alone, not exactly. I have been secretly keeping (y/n) here, thankfully no one knew

I walked down the stairs and turned the corner to go check up on (y/n), but when I got to the door I heard crying. I opened the door to see (y/n) sitting on the floor sobbing. I ran over to see what was wrong

Lloyd: hey (y/n) why are you crying?

(y/n): my whole life is a mess. First I grow up not knowing who my mother and father are, my brother gets eaten then leaves after getting out, and I've got no where to go. I'm...all alone

She continues to cry, I couldn't help but feel like I had to do something, my heart kept pounding and saying this stupid sentence over and over again. It kept saying 'kiss her you idiot! You know you like her! So just kiss her!'. I didn't know what to do. Then she just said this terrible thing about herself

(y/n): I'm never going to find anyone who likes me for who I am. I'm never going to find anyone at all who will love me
