Draco and Hermione had a long journey back to the Granger's house. Draco is very scared if his family will remember him he knows his real name isn't Draco so what is it?
On the journey Draco and Hermione get to know each other and they have alot in common. The both like reading. Draco is a nerd like Hermione ( I'm a nerd myself so don't get offended) but he keeps it back to look more cool.
(Time skip)
They have arrived at the Granger's house
Mr and Mrs Granger are out side the house waiting for them when they get closer to the house the Granger's notice them "HERMIONE AND HUNTER" they shout together and run to them and hug them. Hermione and Draco/Hunter gladly hug their parents.
Hermione looks at Draco " mum dad what do you mean Hunter?" "Well dear we were having dreams of our baby son for a very long time now and we remembered that we had two babies you and Hunter but he was taken away by terrible people and we are so glad that you found each other and you have come home safely" Mrs Granger says.
Once everyone's inside they show show Hunter his bedroom it's his bedroom when he was a little baby the door or was wallpaper up so everyone in the house didn't know it was there until now. From that day onwards they made his room what he wanted it to be it was right next door to Hermione's.
Hunter is very happy with his new family and his new name he's so excited for the years to come with his twin sister he doesn't care if he's muggle born he just knows that he has a proper family and that he is accepted he loves them very much but one thing that he is scared about is going back to Hogwarts is he going to be in the same house as Hermione or does he have to stay in Slytherin. All his friends are going to know that they are twins so is Harry and Ron going to know and how will they react?
