I'll admit, it's a strange topic for the first chapter of my book, but it's the only thing I got. I play piano, but I am not musically gifted. Read on to hear the full story. -SWIMMER_GIRL17

Music lessons: regardless of the instrument, music lessons are all the same. Your parents pay a musically gifted person hard-earned money to teach you how to play an instrument. However, there are two variations of this: the musically gifted expanding their abilities and the not-so musically gifted wasting their parents' money; I am classified in the latter. Now I know plenty of people who are musically gifted, but I am not one. I can play my instrument and be able to convince the listeners that I know what I am doing, but I am only reciting what I was forced to learn. Musically gifted people can play for a crowd with ease, convince them, and enjoy it at the same time. Oh how jealous I am of them. While I know that jealousy is one of the seven deadly sins, I still feel it. However, I have other talents that others might be jealous of, so I guess what goes around comes around, but it doesn't change the fact that I am not musically gifted.
