My hands gripped the sink tightly, leaning my weight on it as I tried to control my breathing. I raised my head attempting to calm my breathing. I couldn't believe how forward Draco's actions were it's like he didn't care if people saw or not. I patted my pockets searching for my phone.

"Shit"

I had left my phone in my bag which was at the table with Draco. My heart sunk at the realization that I had nobody to contaact. I couldn't do any magic because he would know, I just had a feeling he would. I don't think I had ever been so scared, I paced the bathroom frantically trying to figure out my options. I could go back to Draco and face Draco or I could run for it, then Apparate. My eyes darted to the window and I quickly opted for option two. My hands yanked the window opened, I was about to climb on the sill when the door creaked open. To my relief it was the waitress that served us.

"Are you Hermione?" She asked.

I nodded my head waiting for her to continue.

"Mr.Malfoy asked me to check  on you"

"Oh Merlin"

She walked closer, taking my hand and pulling me to the side.

"W-where is he?"

"He's waiting outside the door" She whispered worriedly.

My eyes widened at what she told me. Her eyes darted to the window then back to me. She obviously knew what I was attempting.

"Go" She nudged me towards the window. "I'll tell him you weren't in here"

I smiled as I pulled myself on the sill and glanced back just in time to see her exit the bathroom.

"What!" I heard a low shout on the other side of the door.

"Crap"

I sat with my legs hanging out the window. But just before I was about to the short distance, the door swung open. Draco's steely gaze darkened and a smirk found it's way onto his lips. I knew just what this was to him. A case.
***
I ran as fast as I could through the late night crowd trying to make myself disapear, It work for only a minute before the crowd parted and Draco and I were running down the middle of it.

"Hermione!"

I refused to give up. This was nothing, If I can out-run Snatchers I can out run a boy. My legs began to ache as I continued to run. The air I was drawing in, wasn't able to staisfy my need. I was gasping for breath as I rounded a corner just as a jet of red light flashed by me, Was Draco honestly trying to curse me? I began to panic when I realized that Draco was keeping easy pace with me, only a few yards behind me. I slowed to a considerable pace, searching for a place to escape, knowing I had nowhere else to run. Draco smirked as he slowed and realized that I had nowhere else to run.

"Where you going, Love?"

He continued to walk closer to me as I moved slightly to the left thinking I may be able to squeeze past him and run the other way. Draco was only a few yards from me when my back pressed against a gate that lead straight down to the river that ran unknown to Wizards, where else did they think they're water was coming from? I pressed harder against the barrier urging it to please allow more space to be between us.

I let out a shirek as the gate gave way. It swung open, I lost my balance and fell through before  I could perform any Magic.

"Hermione!"

I hit the cold water below, my body sinking. My arms and legs worked hard to try and reach the surface. For a moment, relief washed over me. It may not have been the most perfect plan but I was now out of reach of Draco.  Then my body felt as if it were floating. When I suddenly errupted out of the cold water, I found myself suspended in mid air, Draco holding his wand, a smirk on his face. "Are you a Witch or not?" He questioned, levitating me over to the dock where he laid me down. Hard footstpes on the dock informed be of his approach. When he was over me, I saw that his smirk was still on his face, "Wow" He sighed, "This is the quickest I've gotten a girl wet on the first date"

I scoffed, closing my eyes to try and get my breathing under control. I jumoed when a dry pair of lips pressed to my wet ones, my eyes flying open. Draco had leaned down on his knees and attached our lips. He continued to move his lips against mine, attempting to get some kind of reaction out of me.

"Hermione"  Draco whispered encouragingly.

He tugged at my bottom lip before realsing it and pressing our foreheads together, our breath mingling in the cold air. Finally, Draco lifted himself from the deck and held his hand out to me.

"You coming?" He teased.

I stared at the hand that was being offered. I took his hand and he pulled me up to stand next to him, he entwined our fingers together as we walked along the dock. The step up to the path was so large,Draco  placed his hand to my hips, lifting me easily. Draco then took my wrists, tugging me down the path and back towards the resturant, halfway down the path, Draco took his jacket off and put it over my shoulders.

"Thanks"  I spoke quietly.

****

The man at the front desk stared at me disaprovongly as we walked through the door, I was after all, making a puddle in his floor. The rest of the customers obviusly had trouble looking elsewhere, I really couldn't blame them, we had caused a bit of a scene. Any other time I would have blushed but it didn't matter now. Draco handed over his money to pay for the meal we hadn't eaten.

"Get your bag and let's go" He whispered harshly.

I walked quickly to our table, our waitress, who was clearing another table nearby, caught my eye and hurried over.

"I am so sorry" She gushed.

"Don't worry, it's not your fault"  I smiled at her, taking her hand and s queezing lightly, "Thank you"

I jumped as Draco came up behind us, I hastily gathered my things before he dragged me out of the resteraunt.

****

We Apparated in front of my house, it was now dark with the exception of the street light that we were standing under.  He stayed by my side all the way up to my front door. I scrabbled around in mybag, pullingout my keys only to drop them minutes later when they were finally out. Draco forced me against my door, pressing his lips firmly to mine, one hand holding my hip and the other gripping the back of my neck.

I didn't have much strength left in me to fight him off, but I weekly pushed him away anyway. The "Kiss" didn't last long. Draco pulled away, his icy  eyes peering down at me from under the fringe that had fallen in his eyes, as I wiped my hand across my mouth.

"Oh come on, I wasn't that bad was I?" He asked jokingly.

I flinched as he brushed a fingertip across my cold cheek.

"We'll definetly be doing this again"  He winked.

I wasn't sure if he meant the kissing or the "date", either way it made a shiver run down my spine at the thought. Glancing up at his face, I noticed his locks beginning to come loose from the pony tail he had put in his hair at the beggining of the night, almost making him look cute, that was until he opened his mouth.

I pulled his fur coat from around my shoulders and held it out to him.

"Keep it"

He dipped his head a final time, lightly kissing my lips before I watched him walk back to the atreet lamp so he couls Apparate.

Well this was a date I would certainly remember.

A/N: Please Please Please look over the mispellings, I would appriciate if you do. I know this is like the original sotry but that's the beauty of it!
