Pearl Halliwell is the fourth Halliwell who initially receives the power of memory manipulation . Memory Manipulation is the ability to manipulate or alter a persons memories making them have memories that are not real or making them forget all or some of their past. as the series progress she always gains the powers of glamouring (change of apperance) and channeling (using someone else's powers) . Pearl starts off as the care free teenager and loves to shop but as the series goes on she begins to develop into a mature young woman , when her oldest sister Prue dies ,Pearl steps up and helps whenever she can which includes training the new youngest sister Paige . One of the recurring issues for Pearl is her love life , but as she falls in love with the bad guy
