Third Person POV

Painting everything in white, snow begins to fall. Daniel is still sobbing silently, alone in front of the front porch. Not far away from there, stands a crooked old tree. There's something flying past it, something powdery if one takes a closer look. Just like a drifting soul, it passes the tree and twirls, letting the powder shatter on the ground and mix with the fallen snow as well as melted snowflakes.

A deer appears out of the powder. A white one but with no antlers. A doe to be exact. With its head lifted slowly, it soon levels its gaze onto the crying man in front of the wooden house, bleating in melancholy before taking its light steps across the snowy field and towards the house.

Tiny circular footprints are left by its hooves and eventually get messy as its legs draw imperfect straight lines while walking through the snowy field. The snow gets thick in a very short time, and it takes only a short five minutes for Daniel to get his body covered with snow. For now, the doe runs despite the extreme cold that strikes through its body. Occasional grunts can be heard as it pants and sniffs for air, leaving white gases out of its nose as it exhales roughly.

As its hooves hit the deck, Daniel whips his head up in mild shock and curiosity. His eyes red and swollen with his face heavily flustered. "YuQi," he chokes out his words before wiping his tears with the back of his hand, but ends up smearing them all over his face like a small child. "W-What are you doing h-here?" Another string of tear makes its way down his cheeks as he blinks.

Staying silent, the doe approaches Daniel until it is upon his reach. It pauses for a little while before closing its eyes and changes into human form.

YuQi, as called by Daniel, stares down at the boy surrounded by despair with a pained expression before squatting down to hold his face. Her eyes focused on his glassy ones. "No one is going to hurt you again, Daniel."

She leans closer until their faces are inches apart. Then, with her eyes closed, their lips brush before pressing together. Initially, the kiss melts Daniel down until his eyes are half-shut. His mind wanders away from his body and thereby stops at the memory when he kissed the bunny girl.

He is imagining YuQi as her when he nearly kisses back, until his sense returns and he withdraws with a shocked expression. Panting hard with his chest rising and falling, he chokes back the air for his lungs despite how icy cold the weather can pierce through his body systems. "W-what in the heck...?"

The two remains staring at each other when the only sound that echoes is Daniel's heavy breath. Within a few seconds, the wooden door creaks open and eventually averts both of their attentions towards Jaykee, who also has a similar expression plastered on her visage.

Jaykee

I've seen them kiss.

Through the window.

Jungkook admitted about having a fight with Daniel. Knowing that the coldness of the snow kills, I decided to find the boy outside the house. But, I ended up registering another appearance - one of the animal spirits that saved my brothers' lives during the attack, Song YuQi.

She said something to Daniel which is inaudible for me to hear before squatting down to reach his eye level. Then, they kissed.

The moment is awkward with me standing somewhere in the scene as a witness. The only thing that screams so loud right now is pure and extreme awkwardness. If no one is going to say something, I believe the three of us will turn to stone soon. "Erm, I came to say 'hi'." I lie with the most unnatural expression. "It's cold out here, I suggest both of you should come in..."
