“But I saw you last night coming out from this apartment?” Jena revealed
“O-ok f-fine. I w-went outside because Cherry texted me to but w-when I arrived to that placed I already s-saw Cherry laying on the floor full of blood, I swear I didn’t kill her” Hayley exclaimed and shook his head
“That’s odd, can I see the message?” inspector ask and Hayley nod in respond and get his phone and did something for a seconds before he give to inspector
“It says ‘Hi Hayley meet me @< > I have something to tell you important’.” Inspector said reading the text aloud
“Why would she sent you that?” inspector ask but Hayley just shrug his shoulder
“What is your relation with her?” I ask him, He immediately shook his and replied shortly “Nothing’s really”
“He is Cherry’s Ex-boyfriend” Eric revealed
“Yeah but that was month ago since Cherry and me broke up” Hayley said
“Sure, you too broke up but you still didn’t forgive her” Eric said while crossing his arm around his chest
“Forgive her? What do you mean?” father ask him raising his eyebrow and Hayley wince
“But I already forgave her” Hayley didn’t respond at dad’s question
“Wait, are you guys accusing me? How about you Eric? Are you still mad at me because Cherry didn’t choose you over me? How about you Jena aren’t you two Cherry fought last day ago because of something?” Hayley exclaimed, they look shock of what Hayley said.. So everyone has a perfect reason to killed Cherry huh? But who? I mentally ask I need to gather more information
“But that was just a misunderstanding” Jena explain
“Yeah, I heard you two talking about something like money. If I’m not mistaking, you ask her some money but she decline it” Hayley said to Jena
“Is that true?” inspector ask and Jena hesitatingly nod her head but then answer
“But I didn’t kill her, it’s not because she didn’t let me barrowed a money I would kill her. Its’ nonsense” Jena spoke
“Eric, how about you?-“Eric cut him off
“Ok fine I was mad at her.3 years ago, when we first meet in hospital I was really in love at her, they said love at the first sight maybe? I was sick for almost a month staying in the hospital and coincidentally Cherry was the one who assign for me and for a weeks we become closed and I’ve been promise to her that if I would completely cured by this sick and would surely court you to be my girlfriend and she answer me a smile. A weeks past, I’m completely cured from mu sick and did my promise to her. I court her, waited her outside to fetch her from her work and giving her a ride all the way to this apartment, I even transferred here where she lived. And did everything she command like buying some tickets for some concert I even waited there for 5 hours just to buy that expensive ticket she even ask me to buy her a car that’s why I need to load from a bank just to buy that kind of car, that’s how I love that girl I give everything she want until one day. The worst day for me. I happens to clean the car when I saw cigarette from her car so I confront her about that, I know that Cherry didn’t smoke but she just laugh me and cheerfully said ‘oh? That one? That’s from Hayley, I had a great time with him. Actually he’s officially mine’ I nearly can’t control my temper that time and I successfully did it. I swear I didn’t kill her, I got the car back to me and after that we didn’t communicate, I thought she loves me too but I was wrong. Definitely wrong” Eric summarize his story
“That’s not a love at all” I blurted out and continue” And would never be love, you were never loved, even from beginning. It’s like automatic vending machine for canned juice. You’ll get what you want as long as you have money, but you get nothing in return without it. You can’t buy your way
