A small tapping on the door caused my eyes to flutter open, being greeted by a bright light that soon reminded me of the intoxication that took place last night. My eyes shut once again to drown out the unpleasant light.

"Mary." Bryn's voice was soft. A groan left my mouth, "I know, I know, but we have a bit of a situation."

Although her voice spoke softly, you could tell she was panicking.

"What is it?" I mumbled, not opening my eyes.

"Sophia is, uh, on her way."

"How is this relevant to me sleeping?" I practically bark at the poor girl.

"Um, well, maybe because you're sleeping on Liam in just your undergarments."

My eyes snapped open to get a better perspective on what exactly she meant. My hand was placed softly on Liam's chest, right on his heart, so I could feel the slow and timely thuds repeat themselves over and over. My head cradled into the pit of his neck so his chin was resting lightly on my hair. His arm draped around me, hand resting gently on my hip.

"Wait, why is she coming?"

"Because Niall tweeted this." Bryn walked closer, handing me her phone. Below Niall's name and his stupid selfie was a picture of Liam and I all snuggled up, and to make it worse, you could thoroughly see I was just in my bra. With the stupid caption 'looks who's getting along.'

"Shit." I sighed, knowing I was going to get my hair torn out for this.

"I know, so you two might wanna lug yourselves out of bed." She shrugged before exiting the room.

Tapping Liam's bare chest softly, his body was first reluctant to wake until the words 'Sophia's coming' sprung his sleeping body awake.

"What do you mean?" His voice, still tired, was raspy and soft as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes.

"Don't ask me, but we're both about to get an earful. But we didn't do anything except sleep, she honestly can't get that mad." Liam's jaw clenched as if he were about to speak but stayed silent.

"I mean, this is just a thought, but we probably shouldn't be in the position when she gets here. It's a bit suggestive." Agreeing, I remove myself from Liam's body.

"A shirt might be a good idea too." Liam smiled, as I felt my cheeks heat up with a lovely shade of red. Slipping a long grey T-shirt from my drawer over my head, Sophia's piercing voice rang through the flat.

"Where are they?!" She screamed. Jesus Christ.

You could hear some mumbles from everyone in the living room, but everyone seemed a bit skeptical to answer the raging ball of anger.

Liam gave me an almost apologetic look before his attention was diverted to the door that swung open.

"Hi Soph." He gave her a weak smile, but only earned a cold glare from her.

"Don't 'hi Soph' me, what in bloody hell is going on with you two? Are you cheating on me?" She whined.

"No, it's not like that."

"Really? Then what was she doing laying on you in her goddamn underpants?" She practically spat at me as our eyes locked.

"Sophia, nothing happ-" I started to explain before she cut me off.

"Shut up, I want to hear it from him." Okay then.

"I took her back to the flat because she was belligerently drunk and couldn't even walk. Then I helped her out of her dress as she asked, and when she started puking, I was simply rubbing her back. Then after she fell asleep in the toilet, I carried her to bed, but she would't let go of me so we just kind of slept like that. Harmless." Liam spoke, trying to give Sophia the entire detail of the story.
