Taehyun ran even as his lungs demanded for proper inhalation of oxygen.
Earlier, he knew he wasn't as early as last time as he was just jogging cause he knew the odds of finding the notegirl was way too low. But then, he heard footsteps when he was near the lockers. All seems to come to a halt for Taehyun
Taehyun's heart frantically beat and as if on instinct, he followed where the footsteps may have gone to so he could finally see her. He followed the sound of the distant footsteps getting farther.
Damn, that girl sure runs fast.
But he can catch up
That's when he heard a door opening on the right hallway. As he turned, he saw the library door closing slowly.
Which means, somebody entered.
His heart was beating too loudly as he neared the library. He couldn't believe he was finally going to catch her.
But when he opened the door, he almost bumped into the librarian, Mrs. Choe.
"I'm sorry Mrs. Choe, did a girl enter here just a few seconds ago?" Taehyun asked, panting.
"Yes dear. I, a girl have just entered the library a few seconds ago." Taehyun's heart felt like shattering with the bitter taste of expectations.
"You couldn't have been running could you?"
"I think if I did, my hips would break to no bounds"
"Thanks, Mrs. Choe, see you around"
he left the library in a dejected state, seeing as his hopes that he would be able to catch notegirl was shattered.
Taehyun got to his locker and saw the note attached.

He sighed heavily as he slammed his head on his locker. Closing his eyes, he listens to his own breathing, calming himself down.
Meanwhile, in the library, a girl was still panting as she lay hidden underneath the large librarian desk that protected her from her captor.
Mrs. Choe walked up and saw her just laying on the floor breathing,
"you know, you should just woman up and confess to him in person y/n"
the girl closed her eyes and still catching her breath...
"someday soon"
