Chapter 1

The world of Remnant is a vast world that is home to four famous kingdoms. The kingdom of Vale, Atlas, Vacuo, and Mistral. All of which have training academies that train the warriors of Remnant, known as the huntsman and huntress. These warriors dedicate their lives to protecting the people of Remnant who cannot protect themselves from danger. They are willing to put their lives on the line to ensure the people's safety, regardless of what the dangers are. But huntsman and huntresses are not born for greatness, they must earn it. They have trained for many years from their young ages. And outside the four kingdoms are many villages that are near and far. In the small village known as Gallifrey, there lived a small family of four. The mother and father are both a huntsman and huntress, and are training their two sons so that they may follow in their footsteps. The father's name is Havelock Tatsuya, and he is married to the mother whose name is Myrinne Longwei. The family was out in their backyard training as the younger child Crimson made an incredible achievement.

Crimson: "I unlocked my semblance!" He shouted happily.

Havelock: "Great job son! That's my boy!!" he said and ruffled his hair.

Myrinne: "I'm so proud of you! Now both of my boys have their semblance!" She said with a smile. The older brother Aragorn went over and patted Crimson on the back.

Aragorn: "Great job little buddy!" he said congratulating Crimson.

Crimson: "Little buddy?" Aragorn snickered and Crimson rolled his eyes and smiled.

Havelock: "I'm so proud of you son." Havelock said.

Crimson: "Still want that sparring match Aragorn?" Crimson asked with a sinister smile on his face.

Aragorn: "I'm not one to back down from a challenge. So sure." Aragorn said and put his right hand on the hilt of his odachi.

Myrinne: "As much as I'd love to see another match between you guys, it's getting dark. And I need to make supper." Crimson and Aragorn both sighed and walked inside causing Myrinne to giggle.

Myrinne went into the kitchen and began to make dinner for everyone. Havelock, Crimson, and Aragorn went into the living room and sat on the sofa watching the television as they wait for dinner. Havelock continuously flipped through the channels but stopped once he got to the news. A woman named Lisa Lavender spoke on the tv.

Lisa: "In other news, reports have shown of a small yet dangerous group of humans attacking villages populated by faunus. Although witnesses have reported these attacks recently, the police have not yet uncovered the origin of why this group was created or where they are hiding. If anyone has any information on this group, please contact the Vale Police Department immediately. Back to you Cyril!"

Havelock: "I can't stand people like that." Havelock said slightly angrily.

Crimson growled loudly and Havelock placed a hand on his shoulder.

Havelock: "Calm down son. There's nothing to worry about now." Havelock said trying to calm Crimson down.

Myrinne: "Supper's ready!" Everyone stood up and walked to the kitchen to see a big pot of ramen that was still steaming on the table.

Everyone sat down and put ramen in their bowls and began to eat. Aragorn and Crimson were eating as if they were savages and they surprised Myrinne and Havelock.

Havelock: "Please. Slow down you two! You're making a mess!" Havelock said.

Crimson: "A dragon's gotta eat ya know." Crimson said while devouring his food.

Aragorn: "And a wolf loves to eat so I can't really help myself." Aragorn said with his mouth full.

Myrinne: "Well wolves know when to slow down, and dragons savor their meals. Plus we wouldn't want you getting sick would we?" Myrinne said.
