A high school story

Eleven

Becky's P.O.V
I check the time and it was about 10 minutes until I pick up the girls. I put my shoes on and leave I get to there school. They had 5 minutes left still so I just sat there waited. I check my phone and I had five missed calls from my boyfriend. I also had missed calls from my manager. I decided to call my manager first and apparently I have a show tonight at 7:00 at the grand stadium. It's only 20 minutes from where my cousins live and I have to be there at 5:00. I called my boyfriend next and he just wanted to make sure I was alright cause I wasn't responding to his calls. I say there waiting and then I get a text from Rose saying she wasn't going to be there. I responded and said "why" she texts back and says "I got after school things". I text back and say "ok how are you going to get home your mom is gonna be home late and I have to be at the stadium at 5:00 for a show"? She says "I'll find a ride I have to go to the cafe at 6:30 anyways to meet someone" I say "ok be safe and let your mom know so if she gets home before you, you don't get in trouble". She sends ok and a smiley face. I hear the bell ring and try to look for them but the car line was really long.

Diego's P.O.V
I was walking down the hallway and I see Rose running towards me.  She looks worried so I asked what was wrong and she said she needed to find a ride home after detention. I say hey I can ask my mom if she can drop you off I'm like really I need to go to the cafe. Rose said she told her cousin that she to do after school stuff. I say why can't your cousin pick you up? She looks at me and says "she has to be somewhere at 5.00". I laugh and say "oh" I'm like what about Richard and she looks at me and say shoot I forgot to text him. I look at her confused and say text him what? She sends the message and then looks at me and says I had to tell him to tell the others where I was at and to tell my sisters not to tell no one. We start walking down the hall and as we are walking these two guys come up to us  and say hey Rose who's this? Rose looks at me and says oh this is Diego he's my new friend I met him in algebra class. He smiles and says hi I'm Joel and this is Erick he doesn't understand English.  I laugh and say nice to meet the both of you. Joel looks at Rose and says do you want to come with me and Erick outside. She says "no sorry I have detention for laughing to loud and so does Diego we were actually going there now. He looks at her and says wow that's dumb and then says ok "vámonos Erick" he waves at me and I wave back. Rose and I get to the detention room and sit down. I whisper to Rose and say how are you liking it? She looks at me and says um it's alright and we both laugh.

Carla's P.O.V
I was waiting outside with everyone and I look around to see Rose gone. I ask if anyone seen Rose. Richard says oh yea she has detention for laughing. I look confused and say that's dumb. He laughs and says yea I know. Finally I see my cousins car and we start walking. Then I hear Richard say oh yea she said not to tell anyone. I say ok thank you and get into the car. We get home and I start watching tv. My cousin says be safe don't leave the house. She leaves the house to go to some show. I get up to eat because it was 4:30 and I was hungry. Alexis said that she would cook dinner and it would be ready in an hour. I went up to my room and waited for dinner. Finally dinner was ready and when I finished I went back to my room.  A few minutes later Leslie comes in and asks about Joel. I look at her and I say everything that happened. She asks do you like Zabdiel and I say yes she smiles and then leaves. I wonder why she wanted to know. I decide to take a nap because I didn't know what else to do. An hour later I get up and check the time it's 6:30 and I go see if Rose is home yet but she isn't so I text her. I go back to my room and take a shower. When I get out I check to see if Rose texted me but I had nothing. I go downstairs and ask Alexis if she knows where Rose is but she says no. It's about to be 7 and my mom gets home and I say mom we don't know where Rose is. She looks so calm and says she's out with Annie. She said that she had to help her they were going to meet at the cafe at 6:30. I take a deep breath and say ok thank you.
