Citrus and Sour

     It was the 6th grade and Citrus was sitting in her desk, enjoying the start of school year. A young girl came up to Citrus and asked if she could sit by her. Citrus nodded happily and the young girl sat by her. Citrus smiled and made small talk with the young girl who also returned the chat. The young girl soon became known as Sour to Citrus. Citrus didn't know why she called her Sour but she just went along with it, Throughout 6th grade they became the best of friends. 

     7th grade comes along and the emo phase for both of them has started. They still talked and had a fun time. Citrus was very happy to have a friend like Sour. Sour was so sweet and seemed to enjoy Citrus's company. At that moment, Citrus thought they'd be friends for a long time. Although Citrus had some problems swarming in her head, being with Sour helped her ease.

     8th grade rolls around, they didn't have any classes together but still talked like they were close. Citrus had developed more... Issus in her head but talking to Sour helped. Sour invited Citrus to her house once or twice. Citrus felt welcomed and loved, it was all she needed, Sour's love. It was enough to keep her going. Citrus spent her whole summer with Sour and it made her happy. 

     9th grade, still the best of friends. Citrus basically stayed with Sour for a while during the weeks, but this year they had a couple fights over small things and that made Citrus worry. Citrus tried to make things right and she ended up doing that. But... Citrus's demons came through and she was sent to the hospital. When Sour came to visit it seemed like... she was distant. Citrus didn't like that at all so she became more down even when out of the hospital. Citrus acted happy so Sour could be and it seemed to work till the summer to 10th grade.

     The summer of 10th grade seemed good during the first half seemed good until... Grape came back into their life. Sour feel back in love with him and Citruis encouraged it. Soon Citruis saw Sour become more happy with Grape then with her. Citruis told Sour that she'd forget about her and Sour simply shooked her head and denied it. Citrus hoped that'd be true but it wasn't. When all 3 of them hanged out Sour was all over Grape and ignored Citrus. Citrus wanted to ride a ride with just Sour but she didn't want to. Citrus was continued to be ignored by her bestfriend. When school started Sour continued to avoid and ignore Citrus and this made her very upset. Citrus tried to fix the problem but Sour wasn't trying to fix it. Sour also lied about things to make Citrus the bad guy. Citrus fell deep by herself and Sour couldn't care less. One day Citrus told Sour how she was feeling for the last time and why she didn't want to be friends. Sour then told her that she didn't even want to fix their friendship and this stabbed Citrus hard. Citrus was extremely hurt but she sent her regards to Sour. Citrus then cried more than she has had over the weeks during this all. Two months had been wasted trying to fix this and it turns out she didn't even want to fix it. Citrus now understood why she called her Sour. Good at first till you get to the last chew. Its gonna take Citrus a while to get over it especially since Sour never cared in the first place. Citrus has been stabbed a couple times before but this just hurt her more than ever before. Citrus had lost a friend, everyone congratulated Citrus for dropping a toxic, bad friend but she couldn't help but want Sour to love her again. Just until Citrus doesn't have a will to live anymore.

Sour if your reading this. You know this is true and you've hurt Citrus more than anyone has.
