Opposites Attract

Chapter 2- Shocked

I lazily opened the fridge in the kitchen and grabbed 2 pots of Chocolate Mousse, I ripped them both open and ate them greedily.

"Hey A-"

"Urmm heyy" I said, my mouth still full of chocolate Mousse

I quickly swallowed down the rest as I proceeded talking.

"What do ya want Jordan? " I asked as I furrowed my eyebrows.

"You've got a little bit of Mousse or the corner of your mouth" he said

My heart sank, I was absolutely embarrassed. I grabbed a napkin from the pantry and quickly wiped off the chocolate.

I looked at Jordan with a annoyed expression as he walked out of the kitchen and into the front room. Memories from our kiss haunted me, eventhough it was amazing. I felt so bad that I kissed him when I had a boyfriend.

I hadn't talked to Luke all morning but we were meeting up for a romantic day at 12.00 which reminds me I have exactly 1hour to shower and get ready....mission impossible.

I ran upstairs to my bathroom and switched on the hot taps as I stripped completely naked ready for a quick warm shower.

15 minutes later

I jumpe dout of the shower as I wrapped myself in a warm towel and made my way into my bedroom, I put on some new under garments and then began choosing my clothes.

I decided to go with a casual navy blue checkered flannel shirt with a black top underneath and some of my favourite black skinny jeans and a pair of my black combat boots.

I sat in front of my vanity table and applied some light makeup on my face aka foundation, eyeliner,  masacara, blusher, concealer and cherry flavoured chapstick.

I had exactly 7 minutes till Luke arrived so I decided to let down my hair and curl it a little more than it already is.

HONK HONK!

He was here.

I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs just to be stopped by River and my father who is rarely home.

" Where dya think your going young lady?" Asked my father

"Im meeting up with Luke and Kate,I'll be back soon...promise" I half lied.

My dad gave me a stern look and then motioned his head to the door signalling me to go. I turned the handle and left the house. Luke stood there all dressed up with a white v neck shirt, dark denim jacket and some dark grey skinny jeans. He held out his hand like a gentleman, I took his hand as he smirked sweetly.

He kissed my forhead as I blushed in excitement. He opened the passenger door for me as I took a seat in his probably hired black Rolls Royce.

"Hey beautiful! Do you wanna know the plan? " he asked

"Sure babe" I said as I smiley cheesily.

"Well first we are gonna go have a beautiful picnic in Grange View Park followed by a nice movie in the best theatre which we have front row seats in, then we are going for a long drive up to 'Starlight Mountains' where we are going to sit and  talk and look at he stars" he explained

"Nice!" I said excitedly

We began driving to Grange View and when we had finally arrived we found a nice spot under a large cherry tree where we ate some sandwiches that Luke had prepared. We played with a friz bee for a little while until it had reached 2.00. There was still 3 hours till our movie started so we got some coffee from Costa and just chatted for a while. We had 2 hours so we made a stop at the Arcade to play a few games.  Luke won me a big giant fluffy teddy bear which was soooo cute. I named him Pluffy the bear.

We set off for the movie and arrived 10 minututes before it started. We chose the movie and then collected our tickets which Luke payed for completely.

We sat in the movie theatre and watched our movie together. Luke wrapped one arm around me as I snuggled into his shoulder. The mivie went on for 2 hours straight but by the time we got out it was half 7. We collected some snacks from a little corner shop by  the theatre and set off to starlight mountains.

We arrived at the top of the mountain at 9.45 exact . We layed down a  blanket on the floor as we lay next to each other staring up at the sky. We talked for ages. It began getting a little chilly so I snuggled into Lukes arms.

"Babe come here" luke said

"What?" I asked

He leaned in to me and passionately set his lips in mine. Our lips moved in sync, it was amazing. I could feel sparks in my body, I could feel the love and passion all through his lips.

"Lets get you home li'l one" luke suggested

We got up and drove back down the large mountain. 

By the time we reached my house it was 12.15am, my parents were bound to be angry.

We kissed goodbye as I slowly unlocked my house door. I sneaked past the front room where my parents were sitting and wathcing tv and managed to make it upstairs.

"But River...I dont know what to do. Jason will kill me, I have to get his weekly drugs. Iv used all his up!"

It was Jordan. What did he mean by drugs? Did he mean drug drugs or medicine?

"Jordan just go, I cant help you right now. Its too late. Come tomorrow"

Rivers door opened as jordan looked me in the eyes

"Dont utter a word" jordan whispered in my ear.

I looked at him shocked, I never thought he was the type to be dealing with drugs but I was wrong. 

I can't believe I kissed that idiot.
