Chapter 5

Leah Stilinski 

           I woke up the next day and rolled out of bed. I changed into a grey skater dress with thin straps over a thin dark red almost black sweater. I wore a dainty silver necklace with one pearl in the middle and white converse. I had two front strands of my hair pinned back. I grabbed my back pack and walked down stairs. 

         Stiles and I jumped out of the pale blue jeep and headed into school.We parted ways to go to out lockers. I walked to my first class and sat one seat and diagonally behind Scott. Stiles rushed in to the room and sat behind Scott and next to me. "You okay?" I asked. "I just talked to dad who talked to Jackson and I've got really terrible horrible, very very bad news!" He said to us. "I think I already know Scott said and pointed in front of me. I haven't even noticed it was Issac sitting in front of me. "I didn't even realize it." I said sheepishly. "Leah, you are one of the most un observant people I know like really." Stiles said. I glared at him. "Oh come on Stiles don't be mean to your sister shes lovely." Issac said with a smirk and he looked at me. Just by the tone of his voice I could tell this was not the nice version of him. I rolled my eyes.

          The bell rang and I walked out of class. I heard Issac and Erica talking. "So Derek wants this done during chemistry?" Erica asked. I slowed down to listen. "Yeah, and if its Lydia I'm going to kill the bitch alright?" Issac said. Oh my god. They can't kill Lydia. "We have to test her first." Erica said, I frowned and walked away. At lunch I decided to talk to Issac. I walked up to his table. "Issac we need to talk." I stated. "What about?" He said and pulled out a chair for me. I stayed standing. "You guys can't kill Lydia. Shes not the Kanima." I said. "And how do you know that Leah?" Issac asked. "You think innocent pretty Lydia, turns into that big green scary monster?" "I don't know if innocent is a word I'd use to describe Lydia, and does it look like my handsome self turns into a hairy scary werewolf? No but I do. Looks can be deceiving." Issac said smirking. My blood was boiling. I turned around and walked away.

           I walked in to Science. Scott and Stiles were thankfully sitting on both sides of Lydia. I sat next to Allison. Einstein once said two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe. I myself have encountered infinite stupidity." Mr Harris said patting my brother on the back. "So to combat the plague of ignorance in my class, you're going to combine efforts through a round of group experiments. Lets see if two heads are indeed better than one. Or in Mr. Stilinski's case, less than one." "Erica you'll be at station one with," Everyone in class put their hand up except Scott Allison Stiles Issac and I. "I did not ask for volunteers now put your hormonal teenage hands down. Start with Mr.McCall." Mr.Harris said. 

           I was with Allison first. "Whats going on Leah?" "Issac and Erica are trying to give Lydia the Kanima Venom to see if shes the Kanima if she doesn't pass the test they are going to kill her." I said and Allison's eyes widened. We quickly mixed the things in front of us. "We can't let Erica or Issac get to her okay?" "Yeah I'll try to sit by her." Allison said. "Switch." Harris said. Allison sat by Lydia. Issac sat next to me. "Issac please don't do this." I said worriedly. "You look cute when you worry." Issac said with a smirk. "Stay away from her its not her I know it." I said. "But you don't know it, and if it is Lydia. I'm going to kill her." He said. "If you harm a hair on your head we will kill you." I said and glared. "Feisty." He smirked. "Switch." Harris said. 

             Issac and I both looked at each other before we jumped up and ran to Lydia in sync. He got there fast. Oh no. "If you have catalyzed the reaction correctly you should be looking at a crystal." I was sitting by Danny. "Now for the part of that last experiment I'm sure you'll all enjoy you get to eat the crystal." I let Danny eat the crystal, I didn't care for it much right now I was focused on Lydia. Scott Stiles Allison and I watched as Lydia touched the crystal to her mouth. Scott jumped up. "Lydia!" He yelled. "What?" She asked confused. "Never mind..." Scott said and she proceeded to eat it. Nothing Happened. No no. Now Issac is going to try to kill her. I looked out the window to see Derek in the parking lot waiting. Waiting to kill Lydia.
