He can't be the one

Olivia's POV

I was still in shock from the whole Elliot being a rapist thing. I sat in the bed thinking it couldn't get worse but it did.

I got dressed and headed to the precinct and standing right in front of me was Elliot. "Liv I didn't I-I wouldn't" he said lost for words.

"How can you stand there and lie to my face!" I yelled but he just insisted that he'd never ever ever in a million years do such a terrible thing to me but he did didn't he? Thinking about this just made me feel worse my stomach was in knots and I just wanted to run.

Nick's POV

I took Elliot to interrogation and he seemed agitated. "I didn't hurt her!" he yelled and I just stared at him trying to hold back my anger.

"Really? I think the DNA says different" I said and he looked slightly sick and I thought I'd get a confession.

"I didn't touch her! I haven't spoken to her in almost four years" he protested.

"Tell that to your kid" I said and he looked at me puzzled. "Guess you should've thought about that before you raped her because now you got her pregnant" I said feeling even more frustrated.

"You're her partner aren't you?" he asked me.

"Yes"

"Well then you of all people know that Liv keeps it strictly business and I like it that way"

"Or maybe she wasn't giving you what you wanted! Maybe she turned you down! So you raped her!" I yelled and he got up off his chair and threw it at me.

"You ass! Don't you get it! I didn't touch her! She's like my sister I wouldn't rape my sister I'm not a pervert!" he yelled and Fin came in so I could leave.

Amanda's POV

Olivia, Nick and I were watching the interrogation and Fin was really going for it.

"Me and you both know what happened so go on" he said to Elliot and as he said these words something in Olivia's expression changed.

"Stop! Stop the interrogation!" she exclaimed banging the glass.

"Liv take it easy" I said softly.

"No get him out of there right now!" she yelled so I entered the interrogation room and told Fin. He was about to put Elliot in cuffs but Olivia ran in past him and embraced Elliot in a tight hug.

"I'm so sorry Elliot I'm so sorry" she repeated and he wrapped his arms around her.

"Shh it's OK it's not your fault" he whispered and I gave Fin a look of confusion.

"What?" I mouthed and he just shrugged. Olivia turned and faced me.

"I know who did this" she said but then stopped herself.
