Chapter 2: Traverse Town

The _____ is supposed to be something similar to how in Kingdom Hearts 2 Roxas and the gang couldn't say the word "photograph". I wanted to make it the same for the reader to not know who Sora was or what was going to happen. Since, she's only in Traverse Town.

"Hey (name)! Come on!"

"Hold on _____!" ...What was his name again...?

"B-But you'll be hurt! They'll take your ____!!"

        ....I couldn't remember...

My eyes slowly opened from a deep slumber. My head was throbbing, and my butt hurts for unknown reason. "Ugh.... Where... am I..?" I slowly move my head up and looked around. I was inside some kind of store that had some sort of stone in the corner of the table. And rings and gems were displayed nearby. I stared at them for a while, and finally got up.

"W-Whoa, whoa whoa whoa! Don't get up now girlie, you just woke up." A blond sorta muscular man with goggles on top of his forehead wearing a white t-shirt and odd blue-brown pants, he was also wearing a square necklace and he was chewing on a stick. He stared at me and tried to make me sit back down. "You're the second kid that appeared out of nowhere.. Did your world disappeared as well?"

"...Disappeared..? World? What are you talking about?" I asked him. I'm probably just in one of the shops that was actually nearby from the town square and someone picked me up. I'm glad they did, but what about those black monsters? The man scratched his head and sighed, "Well, it's better for you to check it out yourself. Go ahead and see outside." He pointed at the door and walked away from me and went towards a room, I'm guessing a storage. I walked towards the door that he pointed and the door was a bit heavy to push. I walked outside and noticed that I was in a different town.

It was night and the town had a lot of lights shining. There was no road, and there was an open cafe that no one seems to be working, but was out in the open. I rarely see something like that, but then again I did move a lot.. My mouth was basically opened. I am in a different world! No... probably a different town. I looked around again, but this time looking at the people around. There was about 5 people, and... some sort of small white bear with purple wings walking around. The small bear caught me staring and said, "Hi there!" My eyes widen and quickly went inside the shop. Animals don't talk! Nor do they have wings!

The man was startled from my sudden entrance, "W-What's going on?" He asked me. I took a breathe and told him, "T-The animal... I-It talked! W-Where am I? Why am I here?!" He scratched his head for about 3 seconds, "Calm down.. I'll just tell you what I know, alright? Just sit down on the couch." I walked towards the couch and sat down. I waited for him to talk, as he was thinking about what to say.

"Well, first of all, you're in Traverse Town."

"...Traverse Town? What about my town? Aren't I'm just from a different city-"

"Calm down, I said I was going to tell you what I know. Traverse Town doesn't have any nearby cities or town. So if you were thinking that you were from a different town, then you're wrong. You're in a different world." He paused for a moment, thinking I would say something but I didn't. He continued, "I'm not sure why you're here. That's what I like to find out.. sorta. All I know is that one of those 'bear' that you talked about, found you lying outside from the gate. You would've been taken by those things if I didn't get you."

"Things?" I asked him. He nodded his head, "The heartless. I'm not sure if you encountered them in your world, but they are sorta like black aliens with big yellow ey-"
