Complicated

Betty: "Hey Betty I know you said that you're busy this week but do you want come to the whyte wyrm?" Jughead said. "Urm..sure?" I said. "Ok babe I'll pick you up at 9:00!" I hate that bar people smoking in your face..the objectifying of women, the smelling of alcohol but it's for Jughead's sake I guess. I sat in math class fiddling with my fingers. I was so tired I had no time for coffee. What seemed like forever the school day was over and I took a long bath. It felt so peaceful under the water. I love baths. They make me feel..beautiful. When I got out I began to curl my blonde hair and patted myself dry with a towel. I decided I wanted my makeup to be full out since it's a bar. I couldn't find anything to wear. I was sure as hell I couldn't wear a sweater. I looked through and found one of Archie's sweaters. I took in his scent. I think he was mad that I knew about Veronica's little cheating stunt. I went to polly's bedroom and found her high school outfits. Most of them were too short but I found a modest but hot outfit. A low cut top black top and a mini skirt with fishnets underneath and heels. I didn't feel like Elizabeth Cooper but Jughead would like it. I heard a honk outside and I headed for the door

Archie: Although I was losing feelings for Veronica I was upset that Betty knew and never said anything. But Veronica is crazy so I could imagine what she would've blackmailed Betty with. I heard a honk outside and saw this mysterious woman get into Jughead's car. I didn't know he had a date to the whyte wyrm I thought it was a bros night. When he pulled up at mine he told me to sit in the backseat with mystery woman because hot dog is there. "Hey arch." She whispered. It was Betty. "Betty?!" I said in awe. It didn't look like the Betty I know but she still looked flawless. "No staring buddy!" Jughead said. Betty smiled uncomfortably. We stayed silent the whole ride until Jughead went to the gas station. "So..how are you"? She said looking down. "Fine." I said I couldn't stay mad. "Arch I'm sorry for not telling you it's just.." she began. I put my finger to her lips and moving it down to her chin to put it up. "Hey.." I said softly "You did me a favour." Betty didn't look convinced. I looked to see if Jughead was done. I tucked a strand of her hair behind her hair and said "It's not your
fault." She smiled and we heard Jughead coming so we moved away from each other and looked at separate windows. "You ok babe?" I heard Jughead say. The word 'babe' got me shaking like a leaf.When he pulled up to the bar I slammed the door and walked in. It was full of drunken slobs and strippers. Not my scene considering I'm only 17..

Betty: I wonder where Archie got to. Well I can't think about that but I thought about the moment in the car when he tucked my hair behind my ear and how close we were but we couldn't have a moment in my boyfriend's car right under his nose. I just stuck around with jughead and the serpents. Since we were in a crowd it gave me major anxiety. I heard them yelling 'hey blondie!' or they would wolf whistle. It made me feel..weird. I spotted Archie sitting alone in the corner of the bar. I wanted to walk over to him but I couldn't. It was then one of the older serpents..groped me. "What the hell?!" I yelled.
"Keep your voice down goldilocks I just wanted to feel.." he said biting his lower lip.
"Jug!" I said. Jughead laughed and said "what can I say cooper don't dress too sexy in a bar." He said kissing me. The older serpent winked at me. I felt helpless but it was only then..

Archie: I saw Betty from the corner of my eye being treated like a toy almost. I saw an older serpent groping her and Jughead treating it as if it's nothing. "Don't dress too sexy in a bar." He said. That's when I stepped in. "Leave her alone the both of you let her have air!" I said. "Or what red?" The Serpent said. "You don't want to know what I'm capable of I'm gonna give you five seconds to get the hell away from her or you will pay!" I hissed. That got him running. "Gee Archie let me remind you she's my girlfriend seems to me your quite territorial over her!" Jughead said. "Jug don't." Betty said hanging her head. "Well she's my best friend." I said. "I'm your best friend as well do you treat me like that?!" Jughead shouted. "BECAUSE I'M NOT IN LOVE WITH YOU!" I shouted. I couldn't take it anymore. "I knew it! Both of you!" Jughead said looking at me and Betty. "Jughead if you don't trust me enough and if you think I will do that you got another thing coming!" Betty said. "Well it sure as hell seems as if you two are in love. Your staring at each other..your communication hell I don't even think you were babysitting the twins. "You know what Jughead I'm done. If you don't want to defend me from a creepy old man and you wanna accuse me of cheating. You do that but we are over." Betty said and she walked away. "Go after her why don't you?!" Jughead said. "Way to go Jug!" I said and ran after her.    Betty: I can't believe Jughead could do such a thing. He just stood there while that serpent treated me like a toy groping me in all sorts of places and the worst bit is. He found it funny and thought it was my fault because of how I was dressed. I'm so sick of men objectifying women like this. I ran away from Jughead because I couldn't stand it and hid in an ally and sat near the garbage bawling until there was no moisture in my eyeballs. I looked in the mirror. God I'm such a mess. I heard footsteps behind me. I quickly turned around. Part of me hoped it was Archie but it wasn't. It was Toni. "Betty..." She said . No words were spoke but all we did was hug . I took in her floral scent and cried in her pastel pink hair. "It's ok " she whispered but it didn't feel ok. " He's a perve and Jughead should've stopped it and you made the right decision." She said continuing to hug me. All I could do is cry and cry. We heard footsteps approaching and this time it was Archie. "Can we have a moment" he said to Toni. My heart was aching for him to be sitting close to me hugging me and holding me in his arms. "Sure." She said smiling. Archie sat next to me looking at me crying. Why was he just sitting there? "Betty..." he said.
