Chapter 3

"The party queens here so the fun has officially begun!"Harper's Friend Peter said handing her a red cup of what she presumed to be vodka.

Peter was having a party at his parents beach house for the last day of summer. Everyone always attended Peters parties because we knew how wild they would get, and it wasn't even just high-school students even college students attended. Peters parties almost always got out of hand but the last party was really a mess. Usually the police don't bother to break the party up, because Peters uncle is the sheriff so he's told in advance as long as Peter "promises their will be no drugs" which is always a lie. But let's just say the party turned into a whole different type of party when some escorts were sent through. And since there were minors participating in these "activities" that brought a whole lot of problems on its own, not even including all the different type of drugs that were found when the party was stopped. So this whole summer Peter hasn't hosted any parties, but I guess he found a way to finesse the system which is really no surprise.

"Wassup Pete, and how the hell you finesse your uncle into letting you host another one of these crazy ass parties" Harper said.

"You know me, tell him what he wants to hear and all that, but I heard about you and Adeline that she sucks bro" Peter said Dejectedly.

"Yeah...but I'm over it...and trying to get under something right now" Harper said looking at a blonde who was standing across the room talking to a group of girls.

"Glad to see you haven't changed Harp" Peter chuckled downing another cup of vodka.

Harper made her way through the party speaking to people who spoke to her, walking through the back playing some drinking games until she was effectively tipsy. She had been keeping an eye on the blonde all night. She would occasionally see her looking Harper's way, but for Harper it was nothing but a waiting game. She knew the girl wanted her she could see the look in her eyes, not to mention the fact that her group of friends would try to make their way where Harper was every time she moved. When she made her way back inside she was pulled to the dance floor by her friend Danielle. They danced with each other for a couple of songs, until the pretty blonde from earlier made her way to Harper grinding her back on Harper's front to the music. Harper leaned down to the girls ear, brushing the hair out of her way to whisper in her ear "what's your name gorgeous" the brunette asked sensually.

"Aurora" the blonde said grinding her backside further to the brunettes front

"Mmmm, Beautiful name, for a beautiful girl" Harper said seductively while nibbling on Aurora ear causing her to arch her back.

As the two continued to dance they were interrupted by Peter grabbing Harper by her arm.
"Harp, I just wanted to give you the heads up Adeline is here" Peter said agitated

"Thanks man, but I really don't give a shit where she is or what she does" The brunette replied kissing Aurora on the neck. Peter nod his head in understanding, while grabbing Danielle's hand leading her up the stairs. As if on que the Devil herself stepped in front of Harper and Aurora, glaring daggers at the blonde who was in Harper's arms.

"And why they fuck are you all up on my girlfriend" Adeline slurred while crossing her arms.

"First of all I'm not your girlfriend Adeline, and secondly she can do as she pleases" To that Adeline rolled her eyes.

"Come on baby I said I was sorry, you know you miss me" Adeline said grabbing the brunette by her waist. Harper immediately removed her arms as if they burned her

"Adeline I don't give two shits about the fact that you said you were sorry, and I don't want to see you, let alone have a conversation so get the hell out of my face" the brunette said exasperated.

"Well I don't care and i won't stop until I get you back, your Mine Harper and I won't have you around fucking these sluts!" Adeline said enraged

"The only slut I'm guilty of fucking is you Adeline, now get the hell out of my face" The brunette said pushing past Adeline with Aurora still in her arms. They walked up the stairs to one of the guest rooms and Harper locked the doors trying to calm her temper because nothing good ever happens when she's angry.

"So I take it that the Adeline girl is your ex, and you two aren't on good terms" Aurora said trying to ease the tension

"Yes, she is and no we are not. Im sorry by the way she clearly was drunk" the brunette replied sitting on the king sized bed

"Yea I guessed that much but I get it" Aurora said sitting beside her putting a hand on her thigh.

"And what exactly do you get" Harper asked raising one of her perfectly arched eyebrows

"I get why she wouldn't want to let you go, I doesn't take a genius to see that your a ten" Aurora said running her hands up the brunettes thighs until she reach her zipper. She unbuttoned Harper pants and that's all it took to make her completely forget about the altercation that happened just minutes before. She laid the blonde down, straddling her waist, and kissing her neck.

Harper woke up the next morning in the room she had been in the night before with a sleeping Aurora beside her, with her back turned towards Harper. As she was about to close her eyes and take a short nap she shot up out of the bed waking up Aurora in the process.

"What's wrong" the blonde asked groggy from sleeping

"Shit, it's the first day of school"  Harper replied frantically putting on her clothes. As if processing the information Aurora shot up also looking for her clothes and slipping them on.

They made their way out of the room seeing people passed out everywhere they walked and cups scattered everywhere. It seemed as if a lot of people were going to be missing the first day, but that didn't stop Harper from running out the house and into her car knowing that if her mother noticed she would be royally pissed at the fact that Harper stayed out all night and missed her first day of school. She jumped into her Ferrari and sped home hoping that her mother wouldn't be home, and if she was she wouldn't notice the massive hangover the brunette had. After Harper and Aurora had sex they actually talked which was not the regular for Harper. Usually after one night stands she would either pass out from intoxication or she would leave. But she actually stuck around and they talked about simple things and she found that Aurora was pretty cool, plus the sex was great so that probably helped also.

Harper made it home entering the house, she didn't see anyone so she went up the stairs to her room, and got into the shower washing off the makeup and bathing . After she finished she put on her robe, tying her damp hair into a ponytail, and deciding to just sleep off her hangover and attend school tomorrow. Harper was a lot of things but she wasn't stupid so she wouldn't have to worry about failing because she actually made good grades, they were nothing like her sisters but she still passed nonetheless. Mostly because you couldn't play any sports if you had a grade point average under 3.5, and plus it was the first day so they wouldn't really be doing anything but getting there schedules and meeting their teachers who they would have for they remainder of the year. So, with that Harper went to sleep deciding to just deal with everything tomorrow.
