"What on earth are you doing here James?" I said to him very confused

"I assumed that you needed help finding your key, but I guess you already found it." He said very strangely, like he was snooping around.

"Ok you would have helped me the first time you were here, so please tell me why you are really here?"

"Fine, I wanted to know if you had any jumper cables."

"I gave them to Harold down the street, sorry."

"It's good" he said as he got back in his truck, and drove off down the road.

James has been awfully strange after his son died, and he got evicted from his apartment. Right after that he was hit by a car, which hit is left leg in a pretty bad state. That was 3 months ago though and he has healed since.

I went back inside, and found my phone. I called Nathan, and It rang a few times. He finally picked up though.

"What dad?" He said very annoyed.

"Nathan, where are you?"

"Dad, I went back to my house. I couldn't see mom's body anymore. They've already taken her to a morgue, and they are awaiting to get confirmation for an autopsy."

"Wait, but wasn't her cause of death from her Tuberculosis?"

"Dad, she didn't die from natural causes."

"Then what was it?"

"They said they fou-"

My phone died, of course. I impatiently charged my phone while trying to figure out the smell. Still couldn't figure it out though. It was almost like it was all over the room. I had to step out of the room for a minute before I puked up my guts.

Finally I got my phone charged up enough to call my son back. Before I could turn on my phone though, I heard a knock at the door.

As I came out of my room, I tripped and fell on to the ground. As I did, the knocking got louder. I got up and finally reached the door. When I opened the door, I saw a tall man with a police uniform on.

"Mr. Hardy may we speak with you for a few minutes?"
