IF I FALL WILL YOU CATCH ME?

Chapter 2♥♥♥

~MELODY'S POV~★

I woke up in an unfamiliar room and pain shot through my back when I tried to get up so I layed back down. I looked around and saw white walls with a heart monitor next to me and a clear liquid being dropped into my body, to keep me hydrated. I soon realized I was in a hospital room. The only things going through my mind was " How did i get here?" "Who brought me here?"

Soon a doctor came in. He had greyish brown hair, brown eyes, and a clipboard in hand. He said "Oh Melody your awake, you have been unconscious for the past couple of days. How are you feeling?" He asked me.

I said "I'm fine. Who are you and how did I get here?"  He said "My name is Dr . Johnson and a couple days ago one of your neighbors heard shouting and crying and calked the police. The police came and knocked down the door and they found you unconscious with your father sitting on the couch with a glass of vodka in his hands. He was later arrested for abuse. The paramedics brought you here we did a few precedures and X - rays, you have a broken rib and a broken leg and a few cuts and scars but other than that you are fine and will be leaving tomorrow."

"Okay, thank you Dr.Johnson but I don't have anywhete to go, my parents are divorced and my mother lives in America and I don't know any of my relatives who lives here."

"That's not a problem someone already signed you out, you will be leaving first thing tomorrow morning." He tels me and is about to walk out before I say "Who signed me out?" 

He says "Anne Styles" and with that he walks out leaving me dumbfounded and when I finally processed this new information the only thing going through my mind now is that i will be living with Harry Styles. My bestfriend who I have known for years I can't help but feel excited about this bit there is also this feeling and phrase going throug my mind that this will not turn out well in the end, but I just shrugged it off.

*The next day*

It is finally time to leave and I couldn't be happier but there is still this odd feeling that this will not be good. I went to the lobby and saw Harry and his mother talking to a nurse. I cleared my throat and they all turned to me, Anne was the first to speak up "Oh Melody I am so glad you are okay. Where are your bags?"she said while coming over and giving me a tight hug. I giggled and said "I'm fine Anne and, my bags are still in the hospital room." After she finally let me go she told Harry to go get my bags while she went to go sign some extra forms.

Harry walked out with my bags and asked if I'm ok. I nodded yes and then we went to the car and Harry put , my bags in the back of his black Range Rover. Anne came out and said everything is done and we can leave she gets in the passenger seat.

Harry opened the door for me I thanked him and he asked "If I'm ready?" I thought about this and asked myself am I ready to move on? And forget about everything? Yes. I am ready to start a new beginning of life.

I finally said "As ready as I will ever be." I smiled up at him. He smiled back and closed the door. He ran around and hopped im the drivers seat. I looked out the window and look at all the buildings until we reached the house.

I got out of the car and said " This is my new home and a new beginning!" I finally felt happy but who knows how long it will last.
