"I just got, like, five new kids that want to join the team." Was the first thing Hosook heard from Yoonji right before their third-period class. Yoonji slammed her notebook on the desk and glared at Hosook as though she were the source of all her problems.
"Isn't that great?" Hosook hesitantly questioned. She gave the blonde an uneasy look as she pulled out her own notebook and pen.
"It's suspicious." Came the response. Yoonji's eyes narrowed some more before stood up straight and took her seat in front of Hosook.
"It's been two days since Taehyung joined." Hosook opened her mouth in confusion, mouthing out a 'what' even though Yoonji wasn't facing her. Hosook suddenly jumped when two eyes pierced into her soul.
"He's the problem."
"What." Hosook shook her head in bewilderment. She gazed into Yoonji's eyes as she processed what was said to her.
"Wait. Why do you make this seem like a bad thing? You know we need more people and now that we're getting more cheerleaders, you want to, like, kick out the potential source of all these applications?"
"Who said I was kicking him out?"
Hosook shrugged, averting her eyes. "Well, it sounded like you didn't want him in the team."
"Oh no, we're never letting him go." With that, Yoonji turned around in her seat to face the front of the room.
Hosook gaped at the girl in front of her and continued to do so for the rest of the class period.

It had been a week since Taehyung joined the cheerleading team and it was very clear that he was used to all the attention from the female population of the school.
"I forgot how often this would happen," Jimin whispered to Namsoon as they watched their friend walk through the cafeteria lines toward their table. They took to sitting with the captain of the team no matter how terrified Jimin was about the whole idea, but Hosook wanted to share her choreography ideas and Jimin couldn't say no to the pretty brunette.
"At least he's not freaking out." Namsoon munched on her food while eyeing her boyfriend who had a group of girls stalking behind him. Jimin hummed in agreement before her attention shifted to the crowd behind her soulmate and noticed that there was a commotion.
"Get out of the way!" Jimin cringed at the voice, knowing that her captain was pissed at having to maneuver through a crowd.
"Oops! Sorry about her -oh!" Came a sweeter voice. Jimin could hear a few girls complaining as Yoonji was slowly becoming more visible. The small captain shoved at a few girls that wouldn't move and when she was finally in front of the group, she called out to the youngest male cheerleader.
