Pitch black. Darkness. The darkness was synonymous with want he was going to do today.
He was Dr. Lcyod, one of America's foremost scientist and he was going to commit a crime which violated the science code.
He walked slowly to the entrance of the company he worked in, Binary LTD. They were the most successful computer company of his generation having long since over taken the likes of Google and Microsoft. Binary was the future. A future he won't be part of.
He showed the security his ID card. They gave him a few quizzical glances wondering why he was coming so late in the night and he told them he wanted to complete the B.R.A.I.N Child project.
B.R.A.I.N Child was going to revolutionize computing and Biotechnology. It was a stunning project which required America's brightest minds to create.
It was a computer that could grow, learn, create, and predict the course of the world. It's biological compatibility is why Dr. Lcyod desired it so much.
He stepped into the room where BRAIN Child was being stored, admiring the huge machine. It was at least the size of a trailer and it filled the whole room but Dr. Lcyod didn't let it's size deceive him, he knew the real power of the BRAIN Child lay in it's CPU. A CPU the size of his finger.
With a flick of his finger, he swerved the CPU from the machine, put it in his pocket and went away. He needed it more than ever.
