Welcome to yet another book in a series of its own, I'm planning to write this novel sometime after the Wattys 2019 ends and when my University life goes into full swing.
I'm a nursing undergraduate at the moment so most of these situations are probably as real as it gets. My experiences are also narrated in this book, and of course, I won't be disclosing any actual patient information apart from experiences with them so rest assured this is safe to read.
There'll be a little bit of blood and gore here and there, maybe some language, and a couple of scenes here and there but I'll try to keep it minimal and mostly centred on the action.
Thanks for picking this book up out of the millions there are on Wattpad. If you're reading my books for the first time, I'm glad to have met you, dear reader, and do not hesitate to be my friend! :) Leave feedback whenever you'd like as well, I do appreciate it when people take their time to read my work and give genuine comments on how to improve and shortcomings that I may have.
This is my third action novel after the Crimes of Eregor series, and I hope you guys will like it! :)
This book is rated (M) Mature for the following themes: violence, gore, language and some scenes.
Midnight Harbour
First published August 2019Natsumi Yuka is a passionate nurse by day, and a killer by night. She doesn't contradict her oaths—her family has been cursed with the ability to seek out the unclean and the source of pandemics before they even cause an outbreak in society that could put everyone's lives at risk, in an age where protests have broken out against the government's over obsession with vaccines that have otherwise stirred the onset of a deadly concoction that causes people to turn into zombie-like humanoids at midnight.
Yuka's task is to seek them out and kill them before the humanoids can overrun the city, but can she avoid the public eye after unintentionally saving a famous person's life? Ryuu Kaede stops at nothing to uncover her identity, but Yuka refuses to let her true self be known.
