The Story of Luminous and Illuminati Kaiser

Illuminati and her brothers and sisters stood before the judges that cold October night. They stood hand-in-hand looking fearless even though they knew of their soon fate. The judges called their names oldest to youngest.

"Thomas, Ava, Rosella, Rosalie, Kai, Tonya, Chris, Blane, Cole, Kyla, Connor, Luminous and Illuminati Kaiser, by the court decision, you are to hang by the neck and burned at the stake until death." The judge smacked his Javelin and dismissed the court.

Anxious, six year old Illuminati continued to bother her brothers asking them the same question over and over again every time, hushed and quiet.

"Can we do it now? Now?"

"No, not yet Illuminati." Blake or Connor would say, Luminous, stayed silent, waiting.

Finally the court had been dismissed and Illuminati was getting impatient with her brothers.

"Now?" she snapped

Thomas hesitated for a moment before giving the signal,

"Now!" He Proclaimed and the group formed a circle quickly with the shackles around her ankles and as if they turned into air, disappeared into the night.

The crowd from the trial were in shock. How could these kids, ranging from 20 years old to six years old disappear like that. It was witchcraft.

The people of Sicily, Italy had heard of the outbreak of witches in the United States not too long ago, and now they feared there witches in their towns too. People had really liked the Kaiser kids. Always quiet, too quiet for the neighborhoods liking. The younger girl and boy always getting into some sort of trouble around the neighborhood, causing ruckus and fights and arguments over them. No one had proof that the twins were the problem, because Luminous and Illuminati were the two quietest all the 13 kids, but they had a reason to worry. Their family had grown up with magic.

But they had planned their scape if this would ever happen. They knew they could get out quick and that's exactly what they plan to do, that's exactly what they did. The magic the Kaiser family wielded, was not used for dark matters as it should have been or could've been, but all the more gave them a reason to worry. It was magic either way witches used magic according to the folklores. Besides they were so quiet and out of the world most the time no one would've believed him when they said that they do use their magic only for good. Very rarely have the Kaiser family ever use their magic for dark reasons. From this moment on in their lives they would have to if they were going to survive in this cruel and very dark world.
