BEAT. REALLY? The girls just had about it with the undeniable idiots, which we call men. They leave you hanging! Annabeth was frustrated the most. We all know when Annabeth gets a little too frustrated; she could be the start of the end of the world. Each time they said to "meet" NOTHING happens. They go on this wild goose chase, over and over again. Tiring? Very.  So now, the girls were back in Camp, too tired to do anything. Yeah, this doesn't sound like them at all. But, what can they do? Idiots are scattered and they do not want to be maids, picking them up every now and then. They were at the dinning hall, sitting at the guest table, since they are not related...we all know how confusing Greek, Roman and Egyptians can be. Not to mention the Norse. Speaking of Norse....

Riiiiiiiiiing!!!!!

ANNABETH SAT UP. She knows only three people who would contact her using her cell number. And, it's not the one Leo made. She fished her phoned out of her pocket and checked the caller's I.D. It was Magnus. Wait. MAGNUS!? She quickly answered it. "Uh...hello?" A deep voice came from the other line. And, thanks to the low service here, the sound was painful and raspy. Why can't Isis help in these kinds of problems? "Hey." Answered Annabeth. "....Hey, Beth- I mean, Annabeth." Magnus said, emphasising the 'beth', in her name. Magnus calls Annabeth, Beth, when they were younger. But, when the show 'Ugly Betty.' Arrived, young Annabeth grew hating the name, Beth. And yet, Magnus still annoys her. Magnus was the closest she had for a brother, other than her two step brothers. They were mean to her, unlike Magnus, he maybe younger than her, but he acted like he should be the older sibling between the two; because of their genders. Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Whatever, Magnum." Of course, being the daughter of Athena can be VERY helpful, most of the time. Magnus grunted. "I see you've changed a lot over the years, couzkin." Annabeth chuckled. "Anyways, is Percy there?" Magnus knows about Percy. He knows almost everything. And, if you're thinking Annabeth didn't tell him about Percy being a demigod and all, think again. Magnus is also a demigod. Son of Loki. So far, the Chase family, attracts smart, devious and witty gods. Who knew. "No. Why'd you ask, Mags?" She could tell Magnus was thinking his words. That's the thing in the Chase family. They think, of everything. "I think I saw him....in...Boston?" silence. Annabeth's mind was getting better, but thanks to her cousin's beautiful news, her mind exploded and went back to normal to remind her she needs her brain to think of new ways to dislocate Percy's bones. "....um...Anna? You still there, cuz? Annabeth? Oh, I see...um..I'll just send you a text message, cause I know you and all...and yeah. Bye."

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.

Annabeth's nails dug deep into the old Nara wood of the table. Thank the Gods it was Nara, if it wasn't...

"Hey, uh, Annabeth, you okay?" Hazel asked. She was the first to notice Annabeth's mood change from happy to complete and utter shock. "Huh?" Piper asked. "What's going on? Annabeth? Are you al-" Annabeth cut her off. "I'm fine. I just received a call from my, you know, cousin." Annabeth tried for coolness. "Oh. Is it Marcus or Magnum?" Reyna asked. "Magnus." Annabeth said flatly. "Really? What did he say, girl!?" Piper asked. Piper changed. She became a little more like an Aphrodite kid. But, she's still the same, though, her vocabulary improved, to the Aphrodite kids that is. "He said......" Annabeth didn't know what to say. She was thinking of something nice, like 'He called cause he saw our lovable boyfriends!', but she also wanted something else. 'Hey, Magnus called because our annoying excuses for a man is somewhere in enemy territory.' Both sounded VERY good. "He said he saw Percy and the rest." Okay. That was NOT what she wanted, but she didn't want to act girly or mean. Her expected reaction from the others would've been like, 'Really!?' or 'Again!?' or something like that. Instead, what she got was, a "Huh." She couldv'e sworn her mind just went on a roller coaster to Tartarus. Oh, and she's BEEN to Tartarus. Yes. She has. She looked at them, shocked plastered all over her face, even her eyes were huge like they were going to pop out of those tiny little sockets of hers. "......WHAT!?" Annabeth chocked out. "Are you guys serious. No. Screw that, are you out of your minds!?" She was pissed alright. Reyna just stared at her. "Ann, look, we're tired, and so are you. We all know how annoying they can get, but they have the best with them," she eyed everyone at the table. "-and, we don't want to go to another wild goose chase, Annabeth. It's too much. Remember, they have the best with them." Reyna said with so much confidence and reassurance, you would believe her. Heck, she might even be a child of Aphrodite because of her ways of speaking. Charm speak. Annabeth sighed in defeat. "It's just...Percy and I made a vow, we would never, and I mean never, leave each other." Annabeth took in a shaky breath. "I know, cheesy, but, he's Percy. And I know Percy would never break his promise. Heck, he even made the Olympians promise on the Styx." She breathed out a sad chuckle. "Oh I miss him..." Annabeth said aloud. The girls stared at her sadly. Annabeth has been seperated from each other more than once. And after that no good Hera's gamble, Annabeth never wants to be apart from him. Never. She folded her arms on the table and rested her head on it. She's too tired to do anything right now. She sighed once again. Reyna, who was sitting across her, was the first to notice her stressed figure, since they already talked about it earlier. "Still thinking 'bout him, huh?" Annabeth raised her brows as a sigh of agreement. Reyna nodded and looked away. Ever since Leo and Reyna started dating, Reyna seemed more human. By human, we mean she acts like she can slack off and stuff. Unlike before. Their minds have been like this ever since. Busy and confusing. Messed up and wrong. That's when Sadie spoke up. "Can I guys, um, confess something?" The girls looked at each other. This was a first. "...okay. What do you want to talk about, Sadie?" Piper asked. "....it's um...ah....about-" "Nico?" Hazel cut her off. Sadie blushed. She nodded vigorously. Things are getting interesting around here.

"SO TELL US, do you like Nico?" Piper asked, innocently. Hazel beamed at Sadie, to encourage her. "I guess?" Sadie housed. Piper gasped. "Oh so you do!?"
