If you and I have never come across Nuclear Physics and have zero knowledge about it and I told you let's discuss this particular topic.
Would you make up your own theories?
Would you believe the theories that I make up?
And will these theories change the actual concept of Nuclear Physics (the reality)?
You wouldn't, you wouldn't make it up, you wouldn't believe if I did, and it won't change the reality.
You'd simply say 'I don't know what it is'
You do not have enough knowledge to engage in a full blown conversation about Nuclear Physics.
Then how do you manage to do it about people?
You don't live their life.
You don't know what they are going through.
How can you believe just anything anyone tells you?
How can you make your own stories about a person?
And even if you do- does it change who they are? Does it change the reality?
