"What." I growl. "Im sorry. You didn't have to leave. I want to be his dad. I want to be your boyfriend." He grabs my hand. "No." I say. "Can you take me home?" He asks. "Fine." I mumble. I drive him to his flat, "Bye." He says. Once he gets out I drive back to our flat. "Lets go Derek!" I smile.
*One Week Later*
"Happy Birthday, Derek!!" We all shout. I invited Niall, just because. He hasnt stopped texting or calling me. Stella walks over to me. "Why is Niall here?" She asks. "He knows. And is trying to, well come back." I say. "Pip, when a hot popstar is fighting to get you back, you take him back!!" She says. "Again, hate! How do you think that will effect me!? Plus Derek. How do you this will effect him in five years!?" I ask. "He will be eight." She smiles. "Thats not the point. If you can get me to fall back in love with Niall like I did two years ago, I will take him back." I say, going over to my son and picking him up. "Okay everyone! Sadly the party is over." I frown. Everyone says good bye and leaves. Stella takes Derek for awhile so I can clean. "Remember when we sat here, the night of your birthday? You snuggled up next to me. Slowly falling asleep in my arms." Niall says. Sitting on the couch. "Or when we would play video games in your room. And the promise we made, to never leave eachother." He adds. "W-why are you still hear." I say, starting to cry.
*Flash Back Age: 18*
"I won! I won!!" I chant as I beat Niall in MarioKart. "Aha! I went easy on you!" He laughs, playfully tackling me.
-That night-
"Hey Piper." Niall says. "Yeah?" I ask. "Promise you'll never leave me?" He asks. "I promise." I say, leaning over and quickly kissing him.
