CASSIDY

The constant sounds of the moving walls wouldnt seem to let her sleep.

Energy striked through Cassidy, and everytime she tries to shut off her brain, another wave of sugar rush hits her. She was sure she didnt eat any sugar before dinner. Besides, it's been 4 hours. Sugar rush would've worn out, right?

She finally gave up trying to sleep.

Cassidy wiggled out of the sleeping bag as quiet as possible- which isnt really quiet, by the way. Somehow, all the boys kept tight in their sleep. She scooted towards the door, slipping out of the building.

When she was sure she created enough distance, Cassidy ran.

It wasnt that the boys were smelly (which they are, by the way. Not that she cared.), or not welcoming. She wouldnt care what they thought. She reached the forest.

Cassidy wasnt sure why, but she found a large tree. It was the largest one in the forest, and it seemed to be the oldest one there. Slowly, she climbed up, reaching out for one branch for the other. When she reached the top of the tree, all the tiresom she felt vanished. The wind hit her face, and it sent her hair flying around. She couldnt remember anytime where she felt the breeze on her skin, and the light of the moon shining down at her. She felt free.

Cassidy leaned her left shoulder to the tree bark, letting her legs hang down the branch. Then, she thought about home.

Cassidy wouldnt be glad to call it home though. Maybe this 'home' is just a big dump. She couldnt remember how it looked like. She couldnt remember how anything looked like. All she knew was words, like letters from a book with no pictures.

There was only very little of whats left in her head. She lived in a family of five including herself, with parents and an elder sister. She's 15, and turning 16 on- april? Her sister, whatever her name is, is an age older than her. Then, her little brother- What was his name? Charlie? Chuck? Cassidy couldnt remember. Their dad died in a fire, not that she cares much. Over-protective crazy mom, and one pet dead cat. Then, her best friend- Isaac.

Through all her memories, her memory of Isaac was the clearest of all.

She could think of a few pictures in her head of them together, but one showed his face. It drove her insane.

A few other things went flowing in her mind.

How much she hated her mom, how boring life was, and what an epic rebellious skank she was. She could see herself inside some sort of vehicle she hijacked, painballing her mom's office with- Isaac. Again, like everything else she knows, his face was a blurr.

'I thought that dude and I knew each other since we were babies. How the heck do i remember my first butler but not him?' she thought.

She let out a frustrated groan, angry at whoever these creator dudes are.

"I thought you were supposed to be sleeping," A voice boomed behind her. Natrually, people would be nervous to get caught violating a rule, but Cassidy didnt care about getting in trouble. She turned back and looked down, and there, stood a boy with blonde hair holding out a flashlight at her.

"Yeah. Im supposed to. Just because im supposed to do something, It doesnt mean i will," Cassidy rolled her eyes. It was the boy before- the one who said she should be locked up in the slammer or something.

"I thought Newt explained the rules to you already," He made a final attempt of scaring her, acting all like the boss and stupid stuff. Cassidy let out a chuckle, looking away from the boy and back to the moon.
