Symere's POV

"Yoo what's up!!" Miles yelled as soon as he saw me step in the backyard.

"What up!" I yelled back and waved.

I started going around and saying what's up to everyone,

"I thought you weren't finna show up" rakim said as looked at me and dabbed me up.

"I had a couple things to do" I chuckled knowing I was lying.

I ended up taking a long ass nap and forgot rakim invited me to his pool party.

Everyone looked pretty familiar, there was some people who said hi to me and I swear I've never seen them in my life before but they were cool,

"Jump in the pool bro!" Jarad yelled as he patted my back and went straight for the pool.

"Fuckk why did you have to jump right by me" miles complained as he smacked Jarad,

"Sorry, I don't know how I missed your bright ass red head"

Everyone chuckled only causing Miles to roll his eyes and flick everyone off,

"I'll be right back I need to use the bathroom" I said as the guys just nodded,

I walked inside the house and made my way to the bathroom,

This house was about dark as fuck and I haven't been here in awhile so I forgot where the light switch was at,

Right as I was about to walk in the bathroom some guy bumped into me making me hit the door.

"Watch where-"

"Yooo I'm sorry bro, I didn't see you coming my way" he said cutting me off.

I looked up at the tall guy standing in front of me and damn was he fine.

The light from outside was hitting his face so I could see him perfectly fine,

"You good bro?" He asked giving me a concerned look.

"Huh?...yeah I'm good" I smiled.

"Ok....well my bad for bumping into you, I'll see you around" he said as he started walking away.

"Yea I'll see you around baby"

He gave me a weird look and continued to walk away.

I walked in the bathroom, did my business and walked right back out.

"Sy come take a shot!" Jarad yelled as he showed me the bottle he was holding.

"I'm good" I laughed and made my way over to them,

"Don't be a lame, just one bro"

Rakim looked over at me and put his hand up calling me over.

"What's up" I said sitting next to him.

"My bro wanted me to make sure you knew he was straight" Rakim chuckled,

I looked at him confused not knowing what he was talking about.

"Huh?" I responded still feeling lost.

"That mf over there" rakim said pointing at someone across the pool,

I looked over and saw he was pointing at the guy I bumped into inside,

He was sitting down and had one girl on his lap and one sitting next to him.

"Okay, that's cool" I smiled.

"Alright, I mean I'm just saying cause he said yo short ass was trynna get at him"

I smacked Rakim causing him to laugh even more,

"Cause he's fine, but I was just playing around"

He caught us looking at him after awhile.

I made eye contact with him for about a minute and after awhile I could tell he started getting uncomfortable.

He patted the girls thigh signaling for her to get up and he started walking away.

"I'll be back"

Rakim gave me a weird look then shrugged.

I walked back inside and started looking for the guy.

As I made my way to the living room I ended up bumping into him again.

This time I caused him to fall on the couch,

"What the fuck" he mumbled as he got up,

He turned around and saw me standing there,

"Broo fuck off, why are you following me" He said as he grabbed his phone,

"I'm not following you, I came inside to get something" I chuckled trying to hide the fact that I was actually following him,

"Look man whatever you got going on, I want no parts, keep your distance"

He put on his jacket and started walking to the front door.

"Wait!..are you leaving?"

He continued to walk out completely ignoring me,

"Hello? Are you leaving?" I repeated.

"Yes, I'm leaving now can you stop following me"

"Can I get a ride home?"
