Freedom is Obsolete. The Fires of Greed Burn the Weak and The collective consciousness has taken over society. Your Country Controls your Mind and Soul. Everyone Blindly swears Allegiance. Living in ignorance and Purchasing their Happiness. Only the Righteous can Succeed.
This is not true, not yet at least. But this is the direction we are constantly heading in. The masses are unenlightened and cannot make the judgement call needed for the future of the entire fabric of society. As it stands the education we receive is almost forced upon us and is more so a locking system on what we become in society as opposed to a doorway to becoming greater people and in turn a greater society. Even further into that is that college is practically seen as necessary but ends up putting you in debt for years forcing you into a job usually obtained because you went to the college that made you need the job.
This isn't the case everywhere though, there are dozens of countries that offer free college and they encourage you to learn more and even oppose the government. We however, are told it's okay to oppose yet when we do people disappear or simply say they were mistaken. The way the system is run is like this: The consumer (us) practically always have access to the Internet with computers, laptops, cell phone and other devices. The Internet of things has been created successfully now, because of this we are always being watched. The Government has 100% access to our entire lives through these machines. The range of these machines are insane, children as young as 5 have smartphones now and they keep them, you are monitored from a very young age and they keep you under watch always.
Now you may be thinking this is impossible, or even if it is then theres no way they keep the information. Well there are data centers that are literally hundreds of miles of hard-drives just to store information and its all backed up externally. You are never secure or hidden. Everything about you is known by the government. If you were to attempt to fight the government they would know before you started. And if you think this is impossible then consider this, all those apps on your phone, all the things you do online need to access the internet to update or do other things. The internet is public, not only that but its not owned by any people or the government. It's "free" but watched. The government has whole departments set aside to watch the internet and user interactions on it. Those are all saved in data centers, most of the information comes from social media.
As of 2013 there are over 600 million users on Facebook and Twitter. By simply having an account and hitting "accept" on the terms and conditions you've given them permission to all your information and browsing history on any website or app. If you use their apps you give them "Super-User" privileges. What this means is they have full control of you phone or device. They can access all your messages and functions, they can activate the camera and watch you and they can use the microphone to listen to you, and they do use this. Facebook especially just introduced the new "listen" feature where when you're updating your status it activated the microphone to listen for tv or music and add that to your status. That means it's listening to you and accessing the internet with your information to ensure it finds the proper music or Tv show to add.
Deleting these do nothing though, Its not just social media, oh no its so much more. More and more freedom is being taken from the users in exchange for convenience and speed. We are reliant on our devices every day to work for us and to be active and successful in the all important "fabric of society" that we are all a part of. Nearly every device is always connected to the internet with the implementation of 4G the internet is everywhere. You can't outrun this and you can't escape the internet, and every day there are more advances in the internet and the monitoring of users. Just this year there are new Smart watches, smart glasses, even more power in phones that now monitor your health and even devices just to watch your location Via satellite. You are not hidden, Everything about you is known, say you went for a jog for 15 minutes. The government knows how many steps you took, how far you went and what music you listened to on the jog. Freedom is obsolete, no-one is truly free because of our dependance on our devices. And if freedom was still the advancement then technology wouldn't include all the devices with GPS, Listening devices, Cameras, and the likes, the advancement cannot be slowed or stopped though and it will continue.
These machines are engines of greed and poverty. It's gotten to the point where those of us who own the latest and greatest of these makes you somehow better than your peers. Often times people will camp outside of stores to spend hundreds of dollars on these machines that improve their social standing and, in turn the government's control on their life. There is no need for the devices to be forced into peoples lives, we force them into our own, spending huge sums of money on letting us be spied on, and if you don't have the newest one you are seen as poor and/or not as good as other people who do. It's greedy, we always need to stay in-touch and in control but the more we get the less control we have on our own lives. Those of us who are too poor to get these new devices are seen as less important and often times cut-off from other people, or we are stressed into getting the new devices locking us into a contract that ruins us and then once we get out theres a new device. It's vicious and it continues to spread like a wildfire of greed. The fires of greed will burn the weak.
As we are now we are controlled by the internet and our connection to the system. Imagine a situation where you are on the way to the park or a store and you get stuck in traffic. So you decide to pull out your phone and check GPS or maybe play a game or perhaps even just check facebook, however you see that you have no Wi-Fi and combined with the annoyance of traffic you are now very angry. This happens to all of us now, simply not being connected is enough to put us over the edge and make us upset, Why? Why are we so attached to being in the system and locked down by these devices? The reason is we feel like by being connected we are free and have more control over not just us but the world around us, it's a terrible illusion provided by the neat features of these machines. By being connected constantly, and using social media services so often we start to think together, working together and combining our thoughts. This is very good, working together as part of a collective group of people, however due to the dependence on the connection and the devices we become dependent on those who keep tabs on our lives to upkeep the system who are happy to do so to keep our collection alive. We are the collective consciousness and the government does whatever they can to keep us connected and in line.
Do I even need to talk about us blindly swearing our allegiance? In schools all across the country kids are made to literally pledge their allegiance with no knowledge of what they are really doing and are often shunned if they don't. Every day millions upon millions of people are pledging themselves to their country because it's the norm. What most people don't seem to realize is that basically no other country does that, its just us in America and its not patriotism, it's obsessive anyone else would think we were insane.
What's scary though, is that most people don't know how it actually is, they live in ignorance. Most people have no idea how corrupted the system is and those who do know sit idly by and let it stay that way because it's convenient to have the corruption. The problem however isn't that no one is doing anything about it, it's that it's too late to stop it. The corrupted control of the government is so deep into the system that theres more corrupt than not, it's too late to stop its spread. Now, there is the possibility that this is good, it could be that freedom is not even necessary, the collective consciousness could be perfectly fine and the weak could be slowly eradicated by the constant need of money and the greed that flows through society. We could simply display obedience and never step out of line and just remain in the control of others. The other option of course, is to start over. Burn the government down, destroy the system tear apart society and rebuild as a nation of the truly free, where everyone is free to fight their own battles and live how they see fit, a world where the law changes to suit the individual and where the power is in the hands of the people where it belongs. It's our choice America, whichever way we go will determine the future of the human race.
