AC's POV
"Wake up." A voice demands, I make no attempt to move and soon after a nudge comes to my tied ankles making me groan from the burn that comes from it. "Wake up already. We don't have all day."
"No shit," Gil grumbles to Jackson once I force open my eyes.
"Shut up, Gil" Jackson growls back grabbing me by the scruff of my jacket and standing me up, I stumble from the suddenness and dizziness that I receive but luckily I don't fall down into the concrete ground.
"Trouble in paradise?" I sarcastically ask while trying to focus on not falling down.
"Lets go." Jackson grumbles and roughly grabs my shoulder, I stumble into him as he starts walking but the only response I get back is a shove to start walking again, I mumble quiet words under my voice and walk towards the metal door the trapped me in this stupid room.
"I hate you both." I say harshly with a glare as I scoot my feet forward one after another trying not to trip. The least they could of done was give me room to walk.
"The feelings mutual," Gil mumbles as he follows behind Jackson and I with his arms crossed.
"Good."
"Will you two shut up!" Jackson yells shoving me forward once again I lose my balance and fall onto my knees, I groan loudly, that defiantly left marks. They both quickly pick me up by my arms and practically drag me outside where we become surrounded by woods, the sky is darker then normal for late May and rain slowly and gently falls from the sky.
"Just put her in the back." Jackson says dropping my arm and jogging to the driver's seat, in front of me was a white van, yeah a white van the kind your parents would warn you to stay away from and to never take candy from the back of one when you were younger, rust went across the bottom and the window on the passenger side was cracked.
"Wow. She's a real beauty, Gil. Real beauty." I say with a small smirk despite the pain and aching I was feeling, in all honesty the pain could of been much worse I was only having stomach cramps from not eating or drinking, rope burn from the ropes rubbing against my wrist and ankles, and a pounding headache from being knocked out several times.
Could be worse. Then again this defiantly wasn't good for mental health, I mean I was kidnapped. God, I'm gonna need therapy after this.
"Lets go," Gil says pulling me towards the back of the van where the white doors were open, Gil sighs exhaustively and helps me into the back, he quickly ties my ropes onto a hook and wraps a bandana over my mouth "just keep quiet and maybe he won't hurt you." Gil says quietly with a face that screams remorse, he looked sorry and sad. I nod and try to avoid his eyes, what's in store for you if one of your kidnappers looks like he regrets kidnapping you?
"Hurry up."
"I'm done back here, just gotta lock up the door."
"Do it already."
He sighs once again and slams the doors shut after glancing at me.
"We should of knocked her out for the move," Jackson says looking back at me through the rear view mirror, Gil quickly glances back but returns his eyes back towards Jackson "it would keep where we're going more secret."
"We agreed with your father, that from this point on no hair on her head would be harmed." Gil says cautiously.
"I never agreed to anything."
"While that might be true he said you would face consequences if she's hurt anymore."
"Fine but if she escapes somehow it's your fault," he practically growls.
