I walk out of Colby's apartment

Then I get a call from Sophia

I answered

" we're are you?" She asked and sounded worried

" umm just walking around don't have a place to stay" I say and wondering what I'm going to do

" I told my mom what happened and she wants you to stay with us until you can go back home" she said

" umm that sounds great but I can't" I say

" no Emma you have to it's late and I don't want anything to happen to you so send me your location. Now!" She said

" ok" I say and did what she said

" my mom is going to pick you up. See you soon" she says and ends the call

I should text Joey

J= Joey E= Emma

E: Joey?

5 minutes later

J: yes?

E: I'm sorry for over reacting

J: no it's fine but are you home

E: no I can't go home after what happened

J: so your not home?

E: nope

J: Emma it's one in the morning what are you doing out

E: don't worry

J: Emma let me pick you up

E: no you don't have to I already have a ride

J: who?

I didn't answer him

Joeys mom Jen came and picked me up

" Emma what are you doing this far from your house?" She asked

" I was with someone but it was better if I didn't say with him" I say

I trust Jen she's like a mom I wish I had. Don't get me wrong I love my mom but you can tell she likes lex more than me

" who?" She asked

" well... you don't know him but his name is Colby" I say

" Colby? I know who your talking about" she said

" how?" I asked

" well Joey tells me a lot of things about you and lex" she said with a big smile

" Joey is a mamas boy" I say smiling

" yes he is but sometimes he just doesn't tell me anything at all" she says

" oh. How did you find out about what happened " I say trying to start a conversation even though I knew that soph told her

" Sophia told me everything and about your parents" she says

" yeah my parents are going to kill me" I say

" everything is going to be ok" she said and barks

We get out of the car and into the house

" let's go to my room" soph says

" Sophia is Joey in his room?" She asked

" no. I think he left" she said

" do you know we're?" Jen asked

" no" she answered

" I think I know we're. Jen can I have your keys" I ask her

" yeah just be careful" she says and I leave

I start the car and drive to Colby's apartment because Joey isn't stupid he'll probably think I'm there

Joeys POV

I parked my car and walked to Colby's apartment to see if Emma was with him. I know it's a stupid idea but she can't be with him. I knock on his door

He opens it

" what the fuck are you doing here" he said

" Were is Emma?" I say inviting myself in

" your too late" he said

" did you touch her?" I say trying to calm myself down

" we made sweet love again sometime you will probably not get from her anymore" he said with a evil smirk on his face

I punch him in the face

" she loves me" I say

Back to Emma

I run to Colby's apartment room and the door was open and I saw Joey and Colby fighting

Colby punched Joey and nose started bleeding

I tried to separate them

Joeys POV

" Guys stop!" I heard Emma say I look to see her but then Colby punched me

Emma was trying to get Colby off me then she ended up getting punched in the face my Colby

At that point I got so mad and punched Colby so hard he fell on the floor in pain

I see Emma start to cry a bit

" baby are you ok?" She says

" I'm fine baby girl let's go home" I say

Back to Emma

" what car did you bring?" Joey asked me

" your moms" I say

" oh" he said

" Joey are you ok?" I asked

" did you sleep with Colby?" He asked

" what do you think" I tell him

He didn't say anything

" no I didn't. Joey when I told you I love you I was being serious" I say looking into his hazel eyes and he looked back at mine

" I fucking love you Emma" he says and kisses me on the lips

" come on let's go home" he said

We both got when back to his house

I get out of Jens car and he got out of his

" are you going to stay here?" He asked

" yeah. Just for a bit" I said

" sleep in my room" he said with a big smile on his face

"  you think your mom" I didn't get to finish my sentence

"  no. She knows about us" he said

We both walk in

" what happened" Sophia looks at us

Joey had blood on his shirt

" nothing really we're going to bed" Joey said holding my hand and taking me to his room

Soph POV

" I like Emma better than Lex" I say

" Joey looks so happy with Emma. It's so adorable" my mom says looking at them go upstairs
