CHAPTER SIX

The three of you returned to your apartment a while later. You were still shaken up from what happened.  

Finn held your hand the entire time, his need to protect you grew with each passing second. He had almost lost you and now that Jaeden know who you are, he's going to have to figure a new plan to keep you safe.  

"What the hell are we going to do now?" Noah huffed as he leaned against the wall. All of this madness was giving him a headache. It reminded him when Wyatt and Jack's girlfriend had a similar problem. "We can't keep hiding from him, Finn. Jaeden-hyung is getting closer." He added as he looked over to you.  

A sudden realization hit you at that moment. You were too distracted from Jaeden that you forgot your mother was alone at the hospital. You stood up quickly, a loud breath escaped you lips as you gripped Finn's shoulders. "My mom! My mom is alone at the hospital! He's going to hurt her!" You said as the tears brimmed your eyes.  

Your mother was alone and defenseless at the hospital. If Jaeden was crazy enough to try and attack you in the middle of a hospital, you knew he was crazy enough to do more damage.  

Finn and Noah looked at each other with hard stares. Someone had to go back to the hospital.  

"I'll go." Finn offered.  

"No! I'll go." Noah insisted as he stepped forward. "You should stay here and keep Y/n some company. I'll call you when I get there." He added with a smirk.  

Finn rolled his eyes at Noah and crossed his arms. "Call Y/n instead." Finn suggested "I turned my phone off." He added with a sigh.  

Noah nodded. He knew that Finn was tired of hearing Jaeden's threats.  

"Alright, I'll call you guys when I get there. Just...stay calm and don't worry Y/n, I'm sure your mother is going to be alright." Noah assured you with a wide smile.  

You couldn't help but smile back. His smile was contagious but gentle. "Thank you Noah." You replied.  

"Be careful." Finn said as he patted Noah's back.  

Noah smiled with a nod and left.  

The silence in the room was overbearing as it was just you and Finn. You wrapped your arms around yourself as you turned away from him. "Thank you...for saving me." You said quietly.  

Finn smiled over to your direction and shrugged. "I saved you twice. You owe me." He said in a low, dark tone.  

You glared at him, a scowl formed on your face. You've been through enough for the day and he's already asking for more? "What? Is thank you not enough?" You asked.  

Finn smirked as he walked over to you, his body held that similar air of dominance from last time. You felt yourself tense up to his approach, that strange attraction was pulling you in.  

Finn stopped right in front of you, his shoulders hunched over as he leaned into closer to you. "You're a pain in the ass." He muttered with a glare.  

You scoffed at his remark turned away from him. "And you are an even bigger pain in the ass." You retorted.  

Finn smiled abit at your response. He loved it when a girl can keep up with his witty remarks. "Look at me." He demanded.  

You didn't listen to him as you continued to look away. You felt your body heat up with an attraction so strong, you felt your knees wobble. You had to admit to yourself that you were starting to like him...alot. But you weren't sure if he felt the same.  

Finn was a hard man to read, most of the time he held a blank face and you weren't sure if he could even hold an emotion for more than a minute.
