Carl asks, Yoruichi please I need you to go and find the best healer in the Soul Society. Because her life force is diminishing fast?!
Yoruichi replies, Okay, I'll go I believe I've got someone in mind. But in the meantime, both of you find some way to keep her alive!
Kisuke replies, Don't worry will do everything in our power to see she is still living. When you return now go!
Yoruichi takes of vanishing into thin air at high speed. As Carl is already in the back of Urahara Shop with Orihime laying her down gently. But she still screams out in horrible pain as she begin's to sweat and breath heavy.
Kisuke says, Tessai, Jinta and Ururu! Gather everything together to help us keep Orihime alive until Yoruichi returns!
Tessai replies, But sir, could we not just use our healing abilities to save the girl?
Kisuke replies, No Tessai master healers like us cannot save her life. Only help slow down the progress.
Kisuke goes to the room where Orihime and Carl are. As Tessai, Jinta and Ururu gather together medical supplies as Yoruichi is in the Soul Society. Talking to someone and explaining Orihime situation the person quickly agrees to help.

Why in the Karakura underworld of crime the evil entity returns and attacks Silence and his whole gang by tormenting their minds. Until it drives most completely insane and others to commit suicide. It, then finally appears before Silence and what is left of his gang that still have what little sanity they have left.
??? Says, Now it is time to summon the Legion Of Darkness to turn this town into a living hell.

The evil entity commanded Silence and his remaining men to take the members driving insane to be killed. Before this demonic alter to be a blood sacrifice for the Legion Of Darkness appear in Karakura Town. Why the ones that killed themselves to rise as necromancers of the undead. Silence and his men do the blood sacrifices making creatures appear in Karakura and the ones that commit suicide rise as undead necromancers. Why back at Urahara Shop Tessai is using healing Kido on Orihime as she is on some kind of life support Kisuke invented. That feeds the body healing Reishi but all this does is slow down Orihime from dying.
Carl asks, I know Yoruichi is off in the Soul Society trying to find someone. But will anyone help?
Kisuke replies, They are people in the Soul Society that will help. But are they any strong enough in healing skills to save Orihime from death that is the real question?
As evil creatures now lurk in the shadows of Karakura seeking out their victims. Which they may devour as Tatsuki is once again going head to head with Soifon.
