When Jamie's secret best friend turns out to be her mate but their packs are in the middle of a cold war how will they ever be together. could they end the never-ending feud between their packs?
DAN!....Dan was my mate. This is awesome but at the same time horrible. We could never be mates because of our packs. What would happen if either of our parents found out. What would my father do to him. The black crescent pack(my pack) and the snow crescent packs have never had wolves mate from each pack. Is it a sign that the fighting needs to stop? After all Dan and I are next in line to lead our packs. I couldn't handle all the thoughts rushing through my mind, so I phased and ran home. Luckily Dan couldn't chase after me as he would be crossing pack borders and it would start a war. As soon as I got home I bolted to my room and phased before flopping down on my bed, why did I run? Dan probably thinks I hate him now. I'm so overwhelmed by everything that I skip dinner and try to mentally prepare myself for the next day at school by sleeping.
Dans POV
Jamie...Jamie was my mate all along. Why did she have to run? I wish I could've chased her, these stupid packs and stupid boundaries on the stupid territory.
" ARGH!!" I screamed now getting extremely frustrated "EVERYTHING IS SO STUPID"
After my little meltdown I decided to go home and sleep off the events of today because I couldn't be bothered to have everyone interrogate me at dinner about my mate. I hope things aren't awkward at school tomorrow seeing as we sit together in most lessons . I need to get her to talk to me about this whole mating thing tomorrow.
The next morning
I woke up to the sound of Tarzan by Dappy blaring from my alarm clock, I switched it off and walked over to my walk-in closet I decided to go with my edgy bad boy look today because I know Jamie and all the girls at school like it. I also want to see how jealous I can make Jamie. I put on some ripped black jeans and a black and white galaxy top with my high-top black air force ones.
