Chapter 21

Taehyung's POV

"S-Sana?" I ask and I'm frozen in shock. Her voice was still gentle as always. As if talking was something painful

I feel fury build up as I remember the pain she caused me years ago "What about Jimin" I say, coldly

"Okay as you know Baekhyun has been dating me ever since....you know. But, he never actually cares for me as a girlfriend" She says and I scoff

"Oh boohoo! What a poor girl! Does somebody have some daddy issues?" I ask and she stays silent

"Taehyung. I'm sorry about the past but this is important. Please listen. He'll be here in 5 minutes" She says and I sigh "Fine"

"Baekhyun constantly has some new girl he likes or should I say obsesses over. He's in "love" with you girl, Taehyung. He will stop at nothing to have her. I'm sure you know she was kidnapped a day ago"

"Yes I know. But what does this have to do with Jimin?" I say, frustrated with her not getting to the point

"He's been helping Baekhyun. He finds out her whereabouts by stalking her. He started it when Baekhyun first saw her"

So Baekhyun began his obsession on our first date and Jimin has been helping?

I laugh at her statement "You're telling me that my best friend has been stalking Y/N? And all because of Baekhyun? Sana, have you gone crazy?" I ask in disbelief

Who would believe such a lie

"I know it sounds fake, but I've seen too much, Taehyung and for the first time, I'm actually afraid you both might be in big trouble. Jimin has worked for him because he wants more fame. Apparently, he never wanted to work for bighit in a group, but as a solo artist. That's what i overheard in their talk. If you don't believe me, I can even send a video of it" She says

"Fine. Send it. Then we'll talk" She huffs at what I say

"I'm afraid I can't. He has his eyes on me always. He's playing with some girl right now. That's the only way I could talk with you. I'm sorry for what I did, I hope you can forgive me, but let me atleast make sure you're happy with someone who deserves you. Goodbye, Taehyung" The call ends and I feel a tear drop onto my phone. I look at it surprised. I didn't know I was crying

"Hey! I got all the stuff. Let's go pay for it" Y/N says and I wipe my eyes quickly

"Y-yeah. Let's go" My phone buzzes and I expect the video, but it's a text

Did you expect a video? Hah! You're funny, Kim Taehyung

If you think I'll let you win that quick, then you're incredibly wrong

I turn off my phone in anger and I'm about to slam it on the ground, but It'd probably be more cracked then the night before

I could tell it was Baekhyun. Sana never texted like that. She had a habit of never getting to the point

Y/N notices my anger and holds my hand "What's wrong?"

I shake my head and she dismisses although looking at me concerned for  the rest of our time in the store

We leave with the groceries in hand, but I can't help but be upset the entire time. Would my best friend actually hurt the one I love? And for fame?

My head is spinning as I think and I can only focus on the black as my eyes close. Good thing I wasn't holding the eggs I thought and I hear Y/N's yell as I think that

Y/N's POV

You knew he was on the phone with Sana. You had overheard when you came back. When you asked and he didn't reply, you chose to stay quite knowing if it was important, then he would tell you

You both walk out and him being the gentlemen he is, he only made you carry the eggs

You hear a drop and turn to see Taehyung on the ground. You run up to him, placing the bag down and picking up his head "Tae? Wake up! What's wrong?"

You yell and yell but he doesn't budge. The next thing you knew you were in the emergency room waiting to hear what the doctor said

You sit, emotionless mainly because you didn't know which emotion to feel. The doctor comes out and you sit up, badgering him with questions

"Ms. L/N, he is fine. He passed out due to shock. He only has a bruise on his head from falling. He is awake now. You may see him" You thank him and run into the room

"Did you make the brownies?" He asks as if nothing even happened. You walk up to him and start crying. He looks surprised but hugs you

"Hey. What's wrong? Did they come out bad?" You chuckle through your tears and wrap your arms around his neck

"I-I thought something bad h-happened to you. Why'd you scare me like that?" You hit his shoulder and he grins

"I'm sorry. Will you forgive me?" You nod and he kisses your forehead "Let's go home! I want brownies!"

And so the day ended with you both in his dorm kitchen, making brownies

"The secret is........add some more chocolate on the top before baking. See! It tastes even better" You say, dropping the chocolate chunks on top of the spread out batter

"Wow! I didn't know you were so wifey material, Y/N. I might just have to pop the question earlier than I thought"

You look at him with wide eyes "W-what?" You say and he smiles with light pink tints on his cheek

"I mean not now, we just got together, b-but maybe in the future?"
He says but you're still shocked

Taehyung wants to marry you??
