Y/N POV
Crap that was so embarrassing I think to myself while blushing. I slowly turn around and take off my bra and put on the hoodie. I see a trash can and slowly walk to it throwing my bra in the trash. I limp out of the room and see the guy that saved me and a guy that has his mask off his skin is a light grey and his eyes are completely black. The guy that saved me walked up to me "how r u feelings" he asks. I reply okay. He suddenly picks me up. I get startled and wrap my arms around his neck. He turns to the guy with grey skin "can she take anything for her pain ej" he asks ej. I wonder what that stands for I ask to myself. Ej walks into the room I was just in and comes back with a pill bottle he hands it to the guy that's carrying me and tells him to make sure she takes it around every 4 to 6 hours. He nods to ej and walks out of the room. "Where are we going" I ask him. He says to his room. "What's ur name" I needed to know what his name was so I can call him by it. "My name is Jeff" he replies. So that's his name Jeff I think to myself. "What's urs" he asks me. I tell him my name is Y/N. We reach to his room and he opens the door and lays me down on the bed.
Jeff POV
She looks so hot with my hoodie on. Crap I forgot to tell slender. Should I leave her here or take her with me so no one will bother her. I could easily lock the door. I think to myself debating on what to do. I decide to go tell slender and lock the door so she won't have to move and cause more pain to her. "I'll be back" I tell her and she looks at me. "Imma lock the door so no one will bother you, okay?" I tell her and she nods. I grab the key to my room from my dresser and lock the door and then close it. I go down the hall to slender's door and right before I knock I hear a voice in my head say come in. I walk into slender's office. There's a girl I brought into the mansion I tell him everything thru my mind knowing that he can read everything in thinking right now. "Bring her to me" he says. "She's still recovering and I don't think it's a good idea for her to move around a lot" I tell slender. "Okay then I'll come to her" he says getting up. I walk out behind him and we go to my room. I unlock the door and let him in. Y/N is asleep, curled up in a ball while holding a pillow. She look like she's crying or was crying. She's having a nightmare slender says in my mind. "Should I wake her up" I ask him whispering. "She's gonna wake up soon" he says and walks out of the room. She wakes up and starts to cry but looks at me and puts her arm up to cover her eyes from me. "W-what are you doing here Jeff" she asks sniffling. "I was just checking up on u" I reply. I walk out go into the kitchen to get a cup of water for Y/N and then Ben comes out of the corner smirking. "Who's the girl in ur room" he asks. I reply " it's none of ur business". He walks away shrugging. I go back up to my room and take a pill out of the pill bottle and put it by the nightstand by the bed then help y/n to sit up I put her against the bed frame. I put the pill in one of her hands and the cup of water in the other. "Here take this it'll help with the pain" I tell her. She nods and puts the pill in her mouth and then drinks the water swallowing the pill. I look at her and I get this weird feeling in my chest. It feels like my heart is about to explode. I sit down on the side of her "u done" I ask y/n she nods. I grab the cup from her and sit it on the nightstand. I sit back down and look at her. She seems to be deep in thought. I tap her shoulder and she flinches and looks up at me with fear in her eyes. Her e/c eyes soften and then start getting watery. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that" she says looking down blinking her tears away. "No it's fine" I say. She gets up and hugs me. She buries her face in the crook of my neck. My heart feels like it's gonna jump out of my chest. "Thank you so so much Jeff" she says. I put my hand on her back and pat her back. She pulls away and smiles shyly, I smile back without meaning to. "Are you hungry" I ask y/n. She doesn't say anything until I hear her stomach gurgle. I laugh and say "I'll take that as a yes". "Can u walk" I ask her. She nods her head and slowly gets off the bed and stand up. "It still hurts a bit but not as much" she says looking down at the floor. "I hate this because it still feels like he's inside of me" she says whispering so softly I barely heard her. She puts the hood to the hoodie on and hides her face with her hair. I grab her hand and pull her towards me and giving her a hug. " it's okay I'll help you get thru this okay" I tell her resting my chin on her head. I noticed that she's extremely small. I tower over her. She pulls away from me, tears going down her cheeks, she smiles and says thank you. I put my hands on her cheeks and wipe her tears away. "Let's go get something to eat" I say grabbing her hand and bringing her downstairs.
Y/N POV
This hoodie smells so nice I think it's Jeff's. He's been so nice to he since he's rescued me from "that". If that didn't happen I was gonna kill my family the next day. I feel so disgusted with myself. I feel so dirty. I still feel my father inside of me and it makes me sick. I want to feel something. I want a escape from this pain from this suffering. Jeff is holding my hand and I feel warm inside my heart is beating so fast I hear it in my ears. Why do I feel like this I ask myself. We come into this huge kitchen and a lot of people are here. A elf looking guy, ej he has a blue mask on his head tho, a girl that had stitches in her cheeks, but the person that stands out to me the most is a super tall guy he doesn't have any face and he's wearing a suit with a tie. Tentacles are coming out of his back and there's going to the stove tending to the food that's on there. I hear a voice in my head they're call tendrils little one. My eyes widen who was that i look around the room. It's the one that has tendrils coming from his back, my name is slender man but u can call me slender or slendy. Okay slender i say in my mind. I go behind Jeff as everyone's attention is on me. "It's okay" jeff says to me. He gently puts his arm around my waist and sits me down next to ej, he then sits on the other side of me. "How r u feeling" ej asks me. I say "better for the most part". "What does ej stand for" I ask him. He replies " eyeless jack my nickname is ej". I nod. I hear a voice in my head what were u thinking of doing when u were thinking that u needed a escape from this suffering and that u wanted to feel something. I look at slender and reply nothing. Slender served food and I figured out that the elf looking dude is Ben, the girl with the stitches in her cheeks is clockwork, there was a girl that came in with black hair and her name is Jane. A little girl that's 7 named sally, and then two guys named hoodie and masky. Once I finish eating, I limp around and find my way back to Jeff's room. He's not here yet, I find a knife on his dresser I grab it and go into the bathroom. I close and lock the door and roll up my sleeve on my left arm, my arm that's not already damaged. I cut once, once the pain of it faded it came back to clearness of the mind. Shit this feels good I think to myself. I cut again, and again, and again. I don't know how many time I cut myself but I was smiling and my whole entire forearm was cut up in deep shallow cuts. My arm was bleeding pretty bad so I decided I should stop. No more fun I think to myself. I wash the blade off and wipe it on my hoodie to dry it I bring up my sleeve. I unlock the bathroom and peek out, Jeff isn't back yet, good. I go out and go to put back the knife when I here a angry voice in my head what were u doing. I turn around and see slender there standing in the doorway of the room, I grab the knife to defend myself. I point it in front of me, my hands shake. His tendrils come out of his back and grab my arms. "Ow" I wince in pain. He grabs my legs with more of his tendrils, now I'm completely immobilized. Fuck I think to myself. He brings down my sleeve to my right arm. Okay that's the arm that got damaged when ur mother was beating u he says in my mind. "Wait how did you know that" I ask him I struggle and try to get out of his tendrils. "Let me go" I say trying to get out he brings a tendril around my waist and then tightens his grip on me I cry out in pain when he does. "S-stop take ur tendril off my waist it hurts please" I beg him with tears in my eyes. He takes his tendril off my waist and brought one to lift my hoodie up a bit and he brings my underwear down a bit as well. He sees the bruises on my waist. "I'm sorry little one I didn't know you had bruises" there he apologizes his voice sounds hoarse, he brings me closer to him and I look away and close my eyes he brings a tendril right under my boobs and then takes his hands and pulls down my left sleeve. My arm is completely covered in blood. "Please let me go" I beg him. "Those need to be stitched" he says touching one of them. I flinch and say "no they don't they're just fine the way they are". Ej comes around the corner and says "you called me slender". He looks at slender and nods his head. "Let's stitch you up, yet again." "I said no" I yell out, I don't know what happened next but I felt myself grow weak and my consciousnesses fade away.
