It's been 10 years since she moved to America.
In a week it will be her classes 10 year reunion. She couldn't believe it. It seems like it was just yesterday when the whole gang had defeated Hawkmoth.
10 years since Paris needed saving. 10 years since people needed Ladybug. 10 years since she had seen her silly partner. 10 years. 1 decade. 3650 days.
Marinette's door had swung open and her frantic friend came bursting in. "Marinette I swear you need to stop day dreaming! We have a flight to catch in an hour! For goodness sake Mari, you will be the death of me. Hurry. Up. Pack your stuff right now!"
After being rudely interrupted from her thoughts she responded.
"Geez Kagami, I'm almost done packing. I have just a couple more things to pack. Man, how did I get stuck with you, out of everyone?"
"Shut up Mari, we've been best friends for 10 years now. I don't think that now is the time to regret our friendship."
Kagami smirked in Marinette's direction and snickered. Marinette just stuck her tongue out and threw one of her shirts towards her. But of course since it was Kagami she caught it with ease.
"Easy there Ladybug, we don't want your clumsy self to get hurt now. We still have friends to see."
"Haha Ryuuko very funny." Marinette was going to say something else when "Marinette, Kagami, you two need to hurry to the airport" yelled both the kwami's Tikki and Longg. Sure enough the two girls looked at the time and saw that they wasted 15 minutes.
Marinette quickly packed the rest of her clothes and both the girls and their kwamis made their way to the airport.

They had landed and started to walk out of the airport but were quickly surrounded by paparazzi. Oh no, this is bad, thought Marinette.
"I'm sorry guys but these girls won't be taking any questions today" said a girl with ombre hair.
"OH MY GOSH, ALYA!!! " Both girls ran to give their friend a hug!
"Sorry, I have to stop you right there. We will have time to catch up on everything, but right now we need to get you both out of the public eye, especially before the news channels start to arrive."
Alya was right, after the long flight Marinette and Kagami didn't need to be interviewed.
They all quickly left the airport getting recognized and stopped by people here and there.

"I'm so sorry Alya, we should've thought about that before stepping out of the plane."
"Girl no worries! It can't be helped that you are a worldwide famous designer and Kagami is a Oscar winning actress for 9 years straight."
"Alya, don't boost Kagami's ego. It's going to go to her head."
"Hey!" Kagami said and slapped Marinette on the arm. Marinette just started to laugh and soon the 2 girls started to laugh as well.
After their laughing fit died down Kagami asked "what about you Alya? Your husband is a big director, and you; you own the best news channel in all of Europe. I'm surprised you didn't ask us for a interview yet." She
"I'll get my inclusive interviews just you wait."

The 3 of them went to a hotel and checked in. And spent the rest of the day talking and catching up.
